I didn’t know that The Little Clinic existed. Having no health insurance currently, a friend directed me here when I was on day 14 of a sinus infection. I was so pleased with the service! The receptionist was warm and helpful when I first arrived. The nurse practitioner, Mary Tierney, and her assistant in training, were both kind, warm, asked great questions and gave very helpful information. I didn’t feel like a number. They had incredible beside manner and spent quality time with me, which is so rare in this day and age. There were no hidden fees — I knew exactly how much I would need to pay out of pocket. And the pharmacy is right next door — very convenient to get my prescription after.

This place is terrible. The woman here is rude and uncaring. Why be a doctor if you don’t like people? I only went here because I’m new in the area but I should have know it was going to be shitty when I found out it was in a king scoopers. Long story short the doctor here is troll and doesn’t care if you are sick, she will tell you to take Advil and rinse your nose out. Wast of time and money. My advice is to find a real doctor and DONOTGOHERE!

The worst. First of all, I’m a CNA so I have training in HIPAA, and these folks violate it non-stop. Addressing all of the patients in the waiting room, by their diagnosis and not their name, um… yeah wrong. Secondly, This Doc laughed as she prescribed an antibiotic she didn’t think would really work and joked about it, then when I said I would actually like the one that worked, she wrote the bad one anyway. This resulted in me returning days later for the real deal, which meant paying for another visit and testing. During each visit I was made to sit holding a cup of my own urine for 2 hours. After that ordeal, the little clinic has been continuously sending me bills for services I already paid for at the time they were received. When I call and am not there to pay a bill, my call gets dropped. When I email, there is no response. I’m going to get reported to collections for a bill I already paid, that I am actively trying to take care of! DON’T GOHERE!!!

I’ve been in the area for two years now and haven’t needed to search for a new doctor until now. I KNEW exactly what was wrong and just wanted to get started on making my UTI symptoms go away. I really didn’t want to do the whole song and dance of tracking down a new office, trying to get an appointment immediately, filling out tons of paperwork and being pushed to do a whole ‘wellness exam’ and other unrelated-to-my-current-problem nonsense. This walk in clinic is located inside the King Soopers, up front, past the coffee shop and before the Redbox.(I expected it to be by the pharmacy, but it’s not.) It’s a tiny little place with a mini waiting room and one exam room. I did not have to wait at all, but I WAS there bright and early. The RN on duty was very polite and discreet and thorough. The clinic does not have its own restroom, so I had the added adventure of peeing in a cup in a public restroom, but fortunately that was very close by. I was out of there, complete with antibiotics in hand from the pharmacy, in less than an hour, and within 3 hours of realizing that I had a problem that needed addressing quickly. It was just like being at a regular doctor’s office. I will use The Little Clinic again, but hopefully not anytime soon.

Incompetent quack with a chip on her shoulder! The only reason I went to this clinic(which is inside King Soopers) is because I don’t have insurance, and needed a prescription quickly. After at first greeting me so rudely that she later on apologized(I made it my purpose in life to turn her around with kindness), she took me to the exam room, where she embarrassingly fumbled through a physical exam and I had to walk her through the correct dosage etc for my prescription. She must have asked me 4 times as she was typing away in her computer how many times a day and how large of a bottle I should be given. She even called the pharmacy for help, and after speaking with them, she STILL asked me what size etc. Well, it turned out that I was wrong. I needed the next size up. The 4 days at 2x a day only lasted me 2 days. When I called her to ask if she could call in another small bottle she flat out refused, citing that she could lose her license. This prescription was for Lactulose, mind you. Essentially SUGARWATER. Not pain killers or opiates of any sort. SUGARWATER. A prescription that has been written to me many times by specialists. The appointment was $ 85. I strongly urge you to make a few phone calls and find a real doctor, many of whom have discounts if you don’t have ins or if you pay with cash. I actually have an appointment today with a doctor who only charges $ 75.
