Metropolitan Physical Therapy

Dr V. was great. I saw him for two back problems at once. He provided not only a great PT treatment but some deep tissue stuff that really helped out. Not many people anymore go out of their way and would rather drag you along. This guy got right to my issues and didn’t waste anytime. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I highly recommend Dr. Vince Carmellini at Metropolitan PT. I moved to Colorado 4 years ago from CT where I had an amazing physical therapist and thought I would never find someone like him. Boy, was I wrong, Vince is better, in fact the best. He has such a great understanding and knowledge of the anatomy. I had knee surgery for tears in both meniscus and under my knee cap. I saw Vince about 10 days after surgery. He created his therapy expressly for my surgery starting with manual therapy which stretched my muscles making them more flexible and reduce the swelling followed by specific exercises which gave my knee more movement. He was very patient with my questions which he answered with specific detail. He even went the extra mile and explained how to use machines at my gym correctly. He is friendly, listened to all my concerns and very supportive. If I should need therapy in the future Vince is my first and only call.

I’m so glad I found Dr Vincent Carmellini!!! I am a cyclist and last summer I had a very serious crash in where I landed head first into the ground at 25mph+! I was very lucky to escape without any broken bones but weeks after my accident I was still suffering from some uncomfortable pain all around my neck and upper back. I decided to see a chiropractor and found one local to me. After 2 adjustments and X-​rays etc I still felt no better. I continued the search and after friends and colleagues noticed I was still in pain I was given the name of Vincent’s practice. I had heard that he was a great physical therapist so I decided to give that a try. After the first sessions of manual manipulation I felt much better compared to the treatment I had earlier and felt a second visit would be beneficial. After the second visit I have nearly no pain in my neck and my shoulder holds level with my other now. He really has fixed me! Vincent is a really nice guy too and although very professional is great to talk to and he really listens to you. I will 100% go back to Vincent if I have any more ailments.

As an avid cyclist (~7K to 10K miles per year), I’ve had a few injuries in my career that Vince has helped me with. A few years ago Vice was able to help me with low back issues and just this week he’s helping to treat my right hip pain. Because Vince is a cyclist, he understands the body positioning and demand athletes go through. Thanks for your expertise and PT help Vince!

I’ve had neck pain for 20+ years and was able to alleviate 50% of the pain with Vince’s exercises, which were different from other physical therapists. He started the sessions with soft tissue manipulation which would warm the muscles up for the exercises. He also helped me fit my backpack correctly so I wouldn’t have so much pain on a day hike. He is friendly, attentive, and happy to go above and beyond to help a client.

Vince Carmellini is a great PT. I was able to get relief with my ankle that has damage from arthritis. I thought I might have pain and stiffness forever, but he was able to give me back a lot of movement in my joints. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he is doing and answers all questions thoroughly. Located inside Baseline Chiropractic right off of HWY287 and Baseline it is very convenient for me me as well.
