This is in my neighborhood so I patronize this cleaners every week or two. Nice people, reasonable prices, parking is super. Got two skirts hemmed and they did a fine job.

I just returned from picking things up at Sterling Cleaners and I am furious! They WROTE my name (mis-​spelled) in PERMANENT marker on the inside of my husband’s dress shirts. I have NEVER heard of a cleaners doing this, and feel they have ruined the shirts, since my husband wears them untucked and how awful to have our misspelled last name showing! What if I had borrowed the shirt and was cleaning it for a friend? I will never go back.

I agree with Benjamin, they all are pretty much the same. This one though had our carpet for over 3 weeks, and it was never cleaned… They told us that they had vendor problems, but why did they not call us and let us know? We’re happier elsewhere.

All dry cleaners are basically alike. There isn’t anything that can really set one apart from another in terms of the work being done. You give them the laundry, they clean it, that’s it…
Where Sterling is really good though is convenience and service. They have a parking lot if you need, but the best part is the drive-​through area. Drive-​up, hop-​out, give them the clothes, hop back in, and thats it. They are always courteous and professional; what more can you ask for?

A basic dry cleaners, nothing too fancy or really anything that stands out about them. I brought in a couple of pairs of pants on a Monday and they were not ready until Thursday after 4pm which to me seems a bit exesive.
On price it was $ 5.50 for each which wasn’t anything to complain about. I think I will continue to look for a dry cleaner that I like better.
