WORST CAR WASH EVER. I still had dust on the sides of my car when I came out. I could have done a better job rinsing with just the hose at home. Do not wast a cent of your money on this car wash… it is anything but. Major rip off.

Not sure about the auto service, but went here for a smog check. Their dyno was broken so the nice worker referred me to their Walnut Creek location, FasTest Smog. Great experience.

Doesn’t seem like this place needs another review of a bad car wash but I concur. I bought the ‘champaine’ wash at $ 11 and my car was still filthy. I should have read the reviews before I came here. Darnit. Never again. Sorry, Shell. Let us know when you fix your car wash.

Car wash review: It will not wash your car. It actually created more work for me to do before I went in by all the soap, wax and water left behind. The spinning brush didn’t make contact with the top half of my car! Anyway, it pretty much dumps soap on the car and you go…

I read the reviews and thought, «how bad could it really be?» The answer is REALLY TERRIBLY BAD! Bought the most expensive wash and my car still is dirty… So dirty that I ended up just taking it across the street to get it hand washed… Do not go here… waste of money and time.

Hey y’all, just wanted to update my prev review. Took my husband’s car in for regular servicing (oil change, safety check, etc.) but also for a weird loud whining noise that would happen when he started his Honda in the morning (and then would go away after the car was warmed up). Wayne found the problem with the power steering and fixed it super quick! So, we are very pleased and look forward to having this shop be our «go-​to» from now on.

Worst carwash on the planet, left soap on my SUV and when I approached owner to consider letting me go through the carwash again to rinse the soap off, he insisted that it was my error and that I drove through the carwash too fast and gave me the option to pay for the upgrade carwash. I reluctantly did to avoid soap spots. After a «Sparkle» wash at $ 7 and a «Bubbly» wash at $ 9, sad to say, I still had soap spots and the owner was beyond rude and said he would watch the video camera to see what I did wrong and refused to compensate me for either wash. DRIVE PAST THIS GAS STATION AND CARWASH. Plenty of other options, this guy doesn’t deserve to be in business. His own attendant told me he was the cheapest boss and treated everyone horribly. I was truly shocked having just moved to this area. Shame on this guy. #complete loser

This is a review of the car wash. Also, the one guy who said you can normally find a «free with fill-​up» wash or a «$ 2 for 20 gallons» deal is incorrect. Free car wash with fill-​up deals have been gone for almost 15 years in the marketplace. I know, I have owned two car washes in the Bay Area, and they just don’t exist anymore.
But here is why the owner gets one star. If you buy your gas with a credit card at the pump, it asks you if you want a wash. then if you say yes, it offers you three choices on the screen. But even though the names are «cutesy», they don’t say how much they are. ??? This is a sign the owner is looking to just get whatever revenue they can. Otherwise, why not put the dollar cost of each wash on the electronic screen. If you look all around the pumps, you can’t find a car wash menu. Oh, it is there… to the right, on the support for the canopy… you have to LOOK A LOT TO FIND IT. So, if the owner is lucky, the customer picks the most expensive wash. EVERY OTHER STATION THAT SELLS CAR WASHES AT THE PUMP PUTS THE COST OF EACH WASH ON THE PUMP.
When you get to the entrance to the wash, there is a selection of washes, this time with the price for each wash. BUT NOTHING THAT SAYS WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE WASH.
I bought the least expensive wash at the pump. I just guessed. Then, when I went through the wash, I see that there is no dry. Having YET TO SEE A CAR WASH MENU THAT HAS THE PRICE AND DESCRIBES WHAT EACH WASH OFFERS, i told my wife, «If this place is still selling their cheapest wash without a dry, this guy has NO IDEA HOW TO RUN HIS WASH’.and sure enough, I went in to talk to the attendant, and he walked me outside to show me where the car wash menu was for people pumping gas. On the side of the support structure for the canopy.
1) — No price on the electronic screen on the pump
2)-No menu on the pump, or even a little sign with an arrow pointing to the car wash menu
3)-No dry with the cheapest wash. If you go to ANY OTHER CAR WASH, they give you the dry with the cheapest wash… Alamo Shell, Danville Chevron to name two.
The owner is an auto repair guy, not a car wash guy. He’ll learn though, as his business continues to suffer. the POS car wash in before was so bad, yet he kept it for so long… now he has a Voyager VII, which is a decent wash unit… too bad he has no idea how to make the customer feel like he isn’t getting ripped off.
4) — Never coming back.

New car wash but lousy job washing it. There’s still DIRT on my car and the owner tried to say its my car’s fault bc of the size? REALLY? I’ve never had any issues washing it at a car wash, so I know the normal amount of soap used. Barely any soap used to wash my car and it’s still dirty after going through it a second time.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

If you want to pay ten dollars to have your car sprayed with water and then dried, by all means, do try this «car wash». I don’t think some of the spinny things even touched my car. What a racket!
Someone needs to tell them you need soap to wash a car. And something to spread it around might help.

Awful — don’t waste your money. After $ 10 and 5 minutes in the carwash — car still had a film of dirt on the windows and waterspots as well. It actually looked worse that before the wash. We are confident that no cleaning products were used — no suds were evident when the soap cycle was on (we usually go to a Chevron and for $ 8 you get the full treatment of suds and three kinds of wax/​polish) We won’t be bothering with this station for anything other than gas.

Called the number to find out their car wash hours. Not even a recording at 8:45 PM. They were closed.

Cashier tried to hand me a pamphlet for his Southern Baptist church as I was paying. He told me that I could find out how to be guaranteed a place in heaven. No thanks, I will go elsewhere for carwashes.

I came in with a dirty truck. The car wash did a poor job cleaning it and missed about 20% of the truck. When I notice how much it missed i pulled up and told the owner about it. Instead of letting me go through again he told me to get the more expensive car wash next time.

Get gas, snacks and a decent car wash, how convenient.

Gas is gas, this review is for the car wash. The old car wash here was awful. The one time I used it before, it was so bad I almost asked for my money back. Almost.
I was on fumes so I stopped here and saw the sign up for the new wash. I figured it couldn’t be any worse than the old one. Surprise! Well, maybe not so surprise, the new car wash is awesome! Mostly because it is new. It’s pretty much your standard three brush system, I’m sure it’s adjustable and all that, but it’s a car wash, and it works. I like that there is no wheel thing to roll over to trigger it, just a sensor so when you pull forward enough you get the stop light. No fruity smelling multi-​colored soap though.
I didn’t notice much difference between the top end and middle wash, so I’d say just get the middle one. And don’t forget to gas up and get your dollar off.

I’ve lost my antennae here twice (same car– Volvo– can’t retract antenna). It seems that the machines there are old. The «soap» seemed like water. Isn’t soap supposed to have little bubbles in it? The wax seemed to be invisible. Isn’t there supposed to be a wax mist if you pay for wax? There was nothing. The air dryer was working today, but often I’ll go there and it isn’t working at all. I asked for a refund (before I got it done, because I pushed the button for premium instead of regular wash), and the attendant said «we can’t do nothin’ about that». Oh, and the cloths that they use to wash your car are hard rubber ropey things, I’d prefer the soft cloths they use at other drive-​thru car washes.
