Pizza was so good, I forgot to take a picture of it! Different types of pizzas to choose from, or just make your own. Nice environment. Cool to eat here with family and/or friends.

Lafayette is not the most gluten friendly place. Luckily this joint delivered. With cajun pizza options and a delicious salad, I was totally set. Prices are reasonable, and the food was fresh and flavorful.

Pizza Artista is the best! You can make your own Vegan pizza just how you like it. They have a great selection of ingredients and sauces to choose from. I absolutely love to remember and call people by name, all of the staff at Pizza Artista use customers names to greet them when they return! It always makes me feel like part of the family :)

They are a welcoming staff and very friendly. The store is also very clean and their bottled water tastes good. I ordered a gluten free pizza with chicken sausage and bell peppers and black olives and garlic and sun dried tomatoes. After I added Parmesan cheese and peppers it helped with the bland flavor. The pizza wasn’t bad it just lacked a kick. I will definitely be back though because the quality is there and the price is right.

Had the Fig N Awesome and it sure was friggin awesome! Figs, Brie, Tasso, smoked provolone, bacon and Steen syrup, can’t explain how good it was! Hope they add it to the menu.

Very good pizza. Had the traditional crust, red sauce, chicken, red onions, mushrooms, roasted garlic, bell pepper, feta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Then after it was cooked topped with bbq sauce and cilantro… Was amazing

You can feel the energy as you walk through the door! The staff here are really awesome and vibrant! They are very informative and also really patience. We had the following: — Classic Cajun — has traditional favorites combined with smoked, Cajun meats, andouille, tasso, and Cajun sausage — top these with your favorite veggies and your golden! You get all sorts of meat and its not overly salty, I was very surprised! Super delicious, you will not be disappointed! I want to try their other pizzas, but just so in love with the Classic Cajun!

Good pizza, but not great pizza. I’m only giving 4 stars bc I wasn’t craving my pizza after one slice. It was good but it wasn’t amazing. The place: super clean, very lively and great décor. Workers: GREAT! No complaints at all. Everyone was very nice and very informative. Price: not bad for a small pizza. $ 8.99 /individual pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas and our total was under $ 20 We ordered the margarita pizza and a pepperoni pizza. I wanted to try a very basic and good pizza and my husband loves pepperoni. The sauce is a little sweeter than I’m ised to but it wasn’t bad. It reminded me of spaghetti sauce. I was sad to see the mozzarella cheese was shredded cheese and not fresh mozzarella. They drizzled fresh basil slivers right at the end. The taste was good and the crust was pretty tastey. I had the whole grain crust while my husband had the traditional crust. He loved his pizza. I do love that when your pizza is done, they ask if you want to drizzle it with pesto, salt/pepper, olive order, pesto, cilantro, basil and other ingredients. That’s a great touch! Overral, we’ll come back for sure :)

I thoroughly enjoy eating here! The staff is enthusiastic and the atmosphere lively. I have been several times and the pizza’s have always been perfectly cooked. The ingredients are fresh, the crust is crispy, and the pizzas are prepared, fired, and delivered rather quickly. Bottom-line, if you’re in the mood for oven-fired pizza, it doesn’t get any fresher, quicker, or more enjoyable than Pizza Artista.

I am so impressed with Pizza Artista. A solid 5 star review … and heres why: 1st star: I go out to eat with a pretty high bar being set for the employees. Pizza Artista has never failed in making me feel like they genuinely appreciate my business. Ive probably visited around ten times and each time i leave feeling happy. The employees here are top notch! Friendly, helpful and fast. 2nd star: The PIZZA here is amazing!!! The ingredients are nothing but fresh. And not to mention, there are endless options for toppings. You have the option to add certain«finishes» to your pizza as well. With there being at least 3 local pizza places and your usual delivery options in lafayette, i would choose Pizza Artista every time if im looking for the best tasting pizza. 3rd star: I think everyone can agree with me when i say that being able to fine tune your pizza is a big plus here. Since it’s subway style, you can say things like«can you add more pineapple?» Or «i want jalapeños, but only two or three.» Plus, you get to watch your food from start to finish, which means you know it’s prepared well(i.e. it hasn’t been dropped on the floor and dusted off. It’s clean and trustworthy) 4th star: lots of choices when it comes to your drink. Beer, Soda, and i think i recall seeing peace tea. And lastly, the 5th: the value here is unbelievable. For two 10 inch pizzas and fountain drinks, we usually pay around 20 bucks. I think that’s a steal considering the other 4 stars. Keep up the good work Pizza Artista!

Great way to make everyone happy. The subway approach to pizzas. Everything was hot and fresh. All the kids loved their pizza and we all had a good time. Thin pizza cooked in a brick oven. Plenty of choices on ingredients which makes us all want to come back.

Pizza Done Right! I work right around the corner and I’m a creature of habit. I usually visit the same 5 restaurants week after week. Pizza Artista is on my regular rotation now. I typically don’t visit during regular meal times, so there usually aren’t but a handful of people there. Upon entering, you’ll get at least 3 «Welcome to Pizza Artista!» from the team working there. I’m usually promptly greeted at the counter with someone ready to take my order. Once or twice, I had to wait, but they were apologetic about the 1 minute I had to wait. Seriously. Their service is that quick. I’m recognized there, but they don’t know my name yet. Still working on that, «The usual Jarrod?». #LifeGoals The prep station is «Subway Style», meaning that the ingredients are all visible to the customer during prep. Everything has always looked fresh. Before finishing, the employee will always ask if my pizza looks perfect. It does. It always does. After paying, it’s usually less than 5 minutes when they call your name. You are offered some finishes after your pizza comes out. Pink salt, basil and some other stuff… just can’t recall. My only«complaints» is that I ate there about 6 times before being offered a loyalty card. I didn’t even know it existed. The other being Free Wi-Fi…do ya or don’t ya? I asked a couple times, but neither of the girls there were sure. I’ll ask Kirk or Brandon next time. Those guys will know. I like the new restaurant trend of, make one thing and make it so well that it doesn’t matter that your options are limited. It’s a pizza joint. I don’t want spaghetti, cannolis or whatever else. I want pizza. Well done, folks! You’ve done well with hiring your crew and done well with offering a fantastic product!

Absolutely delicious pizza at good prices for anytime of the day with or without the whole family! Fresh Salads are also available. Nice atmosphere and quick enough to stop by on lunch break. This was our first time checking them out and the staff was nice and helpful. We will be returning!

First restaurant on the planet that doesn’t give you free water! Trend setter? A new upstart tactic? 20th century greed? «Our machine doesn’t dispense water.» Really? «But you can buy our bottled purified water for $ 0.99!», responded the pleasant counter guy. I rejected the notion that they didn’t offer free water(ok, so nothing is free, except for water in a restaurant!). So the smarmy manager,(MacKensy or something), explained to me that the value was in the price of the pizza, furthering, «besides, where else are you going to get a pizza like this for $ 7.99?» Well, not here I responded. There are three things that make a restaurant: food, atmosphere, and service. I’ll excuse the first two to an extent, but never the latter what with it coming from the manager or owner. They should know better.

Best place to eat great pizza! Best crust out of any other place also! This is a must eat at. Prices are perfect! Why pay for nasty fast food pizza when you can build your own or tried one of the best tasting pizzas on the menu! They just won us over!!! Clean, nice and friendly and the guys at the counter were so awesome!

Chipoltle like pizzeria. That’s a 1st for me. They have pre-rolled out dough on little paddles. Their website says the dough is rolled fresh daily and they offer white, wheat and glutten free. That’s a solid deal. All the pizzas are small/medium and meant for 1 person and unless you are on the petite side then you may be able to share. They have 11 different signature pizzas on the regular menu plus a few specials. You can also build your own pizza. This will have you get in the cattle like line and pick you toppings then they shove it in the oven. All this is done right in front of you like a Subway, Chipoltle, Izzo’s, etc. The oven is open for you to see as well and you can see the flames. I’m not sure what type of fuel they are using but I don’t believe it to be wood or coal burning but I could be wrong. I got 2 pizzas on my visit. One was the Classic Cajun. This was more meat than can be imagined on a pizza! Say with me here, it had pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Crumbled beef, Sausage, Bacon, Andoille, Tasso, and Cajun Sausage! That’s 8 meats! It also came with a slightly spicy tomato sauce instead of the regular version. The 2nd pizza I got was a Margherita. This is usually my go-to pizza and possibly my favorite style of pizza. This version however is not a Margherita. If they called it something else I’d have liked it more. This version had roasted garlic and tomatos on it as well as just normal shredded mozzerella cheese instead of the slices a true Margherita would have. The tomatoes and garlic over powered the pizza. This was not a bad thing, it’s just not a Margherita. The crust is thin but not quite as thin as I like. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Kudos to the management as they move fast and are extremely polite. 3.5 stars to be fair.
