Papa John’s Pizza

Recently tried this place after staying away for a few months because of total crap quality. Getting as bad if not worse than the location on Greenbush.
I only tried again because of the great Wednesday deal. Two pizzas totally crappy, undercooked, and 25 minutes late. The excuse as to why they weren’t well done was that the oven was full and they couldn’t put them back in the oven.
Ordered me free pizza couple nights ago (they were nice enough to comp one out of two) and it was just as bad if not worse than the pizzas I did pay for.
Sorry, no more. Too many restaurants in this town to order from you ever again. Listen to customers, cook pizzas properly, be on time, cut the excuses when people complain, act like you care about more than just money.

This was a great place to get pizza when it first opened. I am sad to see it go downhill with the present manager. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Works pizza. The pizza that was delivered was a jalapeño and pepperoni. I did not see that it was the wrong pizza until after the delivery man had left. When I complained, I was told that the manager would contact me. That was two weeks ago. I have yet to hear from anyone.
