Lulu is fantastic! She is so sweet and just such a doll. The massages are beyond incredible. I’m a sucker for the Thai massage and I can tell you it does not disappoint. I also love the Swedish massage with the hot stones. The prices are phenomenal for the Lamorinda area. I will definitely continue to come to Lucky’s Day Spa!

This is a wonderful place and a great find. Lulu is a true professional and runs the place with great precision. I had the chance to have a few sessions with her recently and it was incredible how she could remember and progress all the work on my back and neck. It’s all with a friendly atmosphere and reasonable pricing. I can’t wait to go back.

This place has the best masseuses. They really know the human body and know how to work out the sore muscles. I suggest start with Hot Stone first to really relax you.

I used to be a regular at Massage envy for years, so I know a great massage when I get one. I was having major lower back problems due to my scoliosis and degenerative disc disease and needed a person who could do deep issue. I got an appointment the same day and had Judy. She was professional, listened to what I needed and did exactly as I asked. She worked half the time on my back. She also asked if I wanted hot stones on my back, which I declined. The next day I felt MUCH better which is my proof for a great massage. For $ 50 I got a great deal and I definitely will go back.

Summary: Amazing women working here really know their stuff.
Longer version: I tweaked my neck and work the other day and my neck and upper back went into full spasm and I was completely stuck, unable to move without excruciating pain. Something like this has never happened to me and I was pretty scared so I called my dad, of course. He has chronic back pain and has had a few back surgeries and gets these spams in his back.
My dad referred me to Lulu as she has helped him so much, a quote from my dad «one massage from her and I’m pain free all week.» He drove me there, as I couldn’t drive, and explained to them what happened. I was helped by a woman, I believe her name was Ahi, she helped me lay down because I couldn’t. And she massaged me for 30 minutes. It was painful, not because of her but just because of the situation but she was very conscious of how I was feeling and made sure I was okay.
She did an amazing job, despite the massage being a bit painful, after her massage I was actually able to move my neck. I was still stiff and sore but I’d been completely immobile in my neck despite doctor prescribed muscle relaxers.
All in all, I had a great experience and am very grateful for what Ahi did for me! I can’t thank her enough, and stress the importance of her gentleness and reassurance because I was terrified of her hurting me and making it worse.

I just had my second massage at Lucky’s Day Spa last night and I’m obsessed. I’ve always had really bad knots in my back and pain in my legs and shoulders due to being a Construction Worker. Lulu is amazing! She does an excellent job and she is really professional. I never once felt uncomfortable. I had never gotten a massage in my life before going to her and she changed my life. My back instantly felt better after my first visit. I had her focus mainly on my back the first time and then a full body with a little extra attention on my back again the second time. I like medium to deep pressure and she gets in there.
I absolutely recommend Lucky’s Day Spa if you are planning on getting a massage once a month, or twice a month. I Love Lulu and her soothing hands. be sure to make an appointment, than just let her melt you pain away.

after several years of tormenting my body, I now survive several back issues including cervical stenosis and L-​4 and L5 disc issues. In the last ten years, in search of relief I’ve visited several Massage Therapists, but no one compares to Yoyo. I’ve now gone thru 4 or 5 sessions with her, ranging from massage only to hot stone and back walk. Yesterday my back was so «jacked up» and in such great pain that I needed her to perform her magic. Yoyo started with a back walk (not meant for just anyone) which lasted 15 minutes. I’ve had back walks before, but just like everything else, she has a gift to know where and how much pressure to exert. Most of the blockage throughout my back was now undone… on to the hot stone and massage. If you’ve never done hot stone… treat yourself to her offering. Lastly, what I like about her massage is at the end she incorporates a couple minutes of stretching targeting the lower back… Thai inspiration. I took a full 90 minute session but by the end I was as close to pain free as anything I felt in recent years. Yoyo is the best of best.

I have been getting massages for 30+ years and am very pleased to have found YoYo who I have been seeing for over 2 years. She is by far the best and most legitimate barefoot shiatsu massage provider in the area. She is the only therapist I have met who is trained, certified and a 10 of 10 at the art of back walking she really knows her craft. Go see her or any of the other therapists and you will leave very relaxed!

I have been to Lucky’s Day Spa several times. LuLu the manager is absolutely one of the best massage therapists Ive have met. As an Ironman triathlete I have been getting massage for years as a part of my training regimen. I’ve experienced all different level s of massage therapists and LuLu is professional, courteous, and has experienced hands that find the sore areas that need her strong experienced touch. I would recommend her to anyone.
