I got my car repaired here after a wreck. I was quite annoyed that they took way longer than they said it would take to fix the damage and never contacted me to tell me what was going on. They told me to bring my car in on a certain date to get it started, but didn’t start working on it for another week because there was a delay on getting parts. Meanwhile I had to pay for a rental the whole time! This could have definitely been arranged more efficiently.
But, all of that aside, I was very pleasantly surprised to see when I picked up my car that they had not only fixed everything they were supposed to, but they also repaired a dent on the other fender that was totally unrelated and I had not even asked them to fix!
That had to cost a lot of labor, parts, etc. I am very thankful for the work they did and I appreciate that they went the extra mile. The owner was very friendly and he even works in the office, answering the phone. He was nice to work with. I would recommend taking your car here, just make sure you are clear with them before you take your car in that they have all the parts in the shop so you aren’t paying them to babysit your car in the parking lot, or paying extra days for a rental.
