Express Oil Change & Service Center

I’ve used this location exclusively for oil changes since I purchased my truck a little over a year ago until last Thursday, when I needed an oil change but because of the afternoon traffic I went to a shop that was closest to home. They proceeded to remove the skid pan from my truck to access the oil filter (2012 Tundra) which concerned me as I’d never had this done before but after looking at it with the technician and the manager, there appeared to be no other way to get to the filter canister to wrench it off and change it. Once I returned home and looked it up on a couple of different service sites they all said the same thing that indeed the skid pan comes off to access the filter, no other way period. Removing the skid pan had never been done at this location which to me equates to these people «changing» oil without ever having changed the filter. Luckily I run 100% synthetic. Needless to say, never again for me or my wife, or anyone else I can inform.

Horrible customer service! I walked around looking for someone to help me get my oil changed, and someone told me to sit in the lobby and the owner would be right with me. 15 minutes later I still hadn’t been helped and I went to go see what was taking so long, and they tell me they didn’t realize I was here for an oil change (thought I was here for a job interview? So dumb). Then as they are going to check my mileage, they lock my keys in the car! And say they are going to call pop a lock, but that I would have to pay for it! Luckily it is a company car and comes with that free service, but an hour and a half later when I was finally leaving (with no oil change), the owner still at no point had at no point come up to apologize or even acknowledge what happened. Too busy in the back counting his money. I would never recommend this place to anyone
