I’ll probably never come back here again. First time I ran my car through the tunnel, it resulted in a big chip in my paint so then I started getting hand washes here. They must not pay attention to what they are doing because on two difference occasions they tried to run my car through the tunnel. I had to run out and tell them it was a hand wash. I always have to tell them to redo it bc they always forget to wash my rims or the rear end where my license plate is.
PS. They went up on their prices 10 dollars for a hand wash bc they said to run the car through the tunnel is 30 bucks so they had to increase the other prices

I first started coming here when I moved to Louisiana. They have always taken great care of my cars. They do take their time but I am perfectly fine with that.

Slow… As in the better part of an hour slow. I didn’t get the feeling my car was cared for very well, watched the driver let cars roll 2 car lengths on their own out of the blowers before jumping in. I watched another employee throw keys at the driver while he was sitting in a customers car, luckily they landed short and slid under the car instead hitting the car.

Todd’s always does a very thorough job cleaning your car. They get the door jams, the trunk and sunroof rims, they clean it all. Definitely the best in town. The only thing that keeps me from going 5 stars is the time it takes to get in and out of there. On very rare occasions, you can make it in and out in 20 minutes (only happens within the first hour of opening). But on most days, plan on at least 30 — 45 minutes for a wash and dry.
