Buffalo Wild Wings

Bartender is eating lunch at the bar and ignoring customers. 5 employees are huddled together ignoring customers. Another 2 are sitting at a table going over reports. I’m sitting here… Waiting. Surprised I didn’t just leave.

Been to Wild Wings a dozen times. I love the large selection of wings, sauces, and food. Beer selection and full bar are excellent. Friendly staff. All in all a great place to go to watch almost any game of any sort anytime. Wow…

I’ve eaten here about five or six times now. I’ve found that the service is consistently slow, the servers are less than friendly, the food brought out is warm at best, the drinks are expensive, the atmosphere is dark and too noisy to hold a conversation.
Do yourself a favor and pass on BWW. If your in the mood for wings, beer and tv, try the Hurricane down Ambassador.

I don’t know if it’s only the one in Lafayette, but in Texas, the wings never tasted overcooked or dry, for some reason the first time I went to this one they tasted like that. I thought it was only that day so I gave the benefit of the doubt but I have been there two times after that and it is the same thing. Service is OK but I would go somewhere else for wings.

Not as good as the newer one in Carencro but I enjoy frequenting this restaurant often. I always get the honey bbq traditional wings and they are always moist, hot and flavorful. It’s fun to go here in groups. Love sitting outside. Servers are nice.

Contrary to what one might think, the food is actually pretty good here, including the appetizers. As expected it is very noisy. I always get the wings crispy/​extra crispy. Huge difference versus just getting the regular wings, in my opinion.

Worst service ever. If you can even call that service. On top of the fact that our waitress was not attentive in the slightest, she copped an attitude for no reason. If you don’t want to serve people, get out of the service industry.
Unfortunately, our ap came out cold. But the wings were good.
Meh.

One of my favorite places for a bite in the Lafayette area. The staff has never failed to impress, and I’ve yet to have any issues with anything from the kitchen. My girlfriend and I try to come on a monthly date night because we always enjoy ourselves. Ample tv’s to watch the games from any angle and like all BWW’s, a good draft selection. Enjoy!

I was determined to hate this place but the chicken wrap I ordered was delicious. Drinks were good. I have no complaints and will probably go back.

I walk in and the greeter is coughing and looks to be sick, the place was freezing cold. The wait took longer than expected Had the cheese burger slider combo for lunch. I got the sliders. The lettuce and tomatoes were not crisp or fresh. I’ll stick to the wings and probably take the order to go.

It’s just another BWW. mediocre food with marginally attentive service. Pass it up and find another spot to watch the game. The only highlight was that they were showing the UFC PPV.

Five Stars for BWW you say… Well I might be bumping them a little high, but when I tell you what happened and how management reacted to an email I sent, you may just agree with me.
We ate here a few weeks ago and I had the soft pretzels and the mini hot dogs with fries. The pretzel was fabulous, and I know what the heck I am talking about when it comes to soft pretzels. I grew up in the Bronx, and ate the soft pretzels there as a kid, as well as the maybe even more delicious ones in Philly. These are not as good as the NY or Philly ones but they come close. Crispy crust and chewy and soft center… yumm. and about 10 different sauces for you to select from.
The hotdogs were also pretty good. Not Hebrew National good, but very tasty and all beef. To my total shock, they had no toppings for the dogs… no kraut, slaw, or even relish… bizarre.
So I sent an email to BWW HQ in Minnesota the next day and I get a response the same day from the regional manager for BWW in Louisiana. He apologized for not having toppings, said they are sending me a $ 25 gift cert for my troubles… AND said that from now on, they would have kraut and relish at the location on Ambassador to meet my needs… now THAT is what I call customer service. Most places could care less about stocking a condiment that you want, nor would you get a personal email from the Regional Manager the following day.
Good food. Amazing customer service. Five stars.

BWW has a nice beer selection. Other than that, If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. The food is consistent. The wing deals are good. The trivia is fun. The service is usually good for me.

Its BWW, its the same everywhere.

The food here is good, just like every Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. What made me bump this one up to 4 stars is how accommodating they were for me.
I am a big Virginia Tech fan, and here in the heart of SEC country they were nice enough to turn one of the TVs to the VT game for me, even though most of the people in the bar were watching the LSU game. They even checked back in with me to make sure they had turned it to the right game for me. That was really above and beyond from what they had to do, and I’ll always go back there to watch the game if I’m in the area.

Great place to catch a sporting event. Get there early though. The wings were average. I did like the variety of different sauces. Not clamoring to return but will go if I am with a group.

A good place to go with friends and relax, with decent wings. However, the service is constantly bad and unfriendly, and they seem to take as slow as possible when delivering your food.
