WORSE customer EVER! Went in and they were quite busy. No problem. Left and returned later to find that there were just a few customers being waited on and «thought» we’d be next. Asked if there was a system like numbers or sign ins since no one greeted us. Was told «nope. It’s just the way it is here» and the guy walked away.
People began coming in and roaming around. Some stopping the salespeople to ask if there was anyone to help them. They were told to just wait around and someone will get to them.
Eventually a man came out with his tablet and proceeded to take down names (in random order while we were left standing to wait til the end). At that point we left and will be spreading the word…

I went back to this store and was pleasantly surprised at the change. The associates were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was in and out in the store in no time. They resolved my issue completely
