Domino’s Pizza

After arriving to pick up our order, the crew informed me that one pizza was about to come out. After waiting 5 minutes they only handed me two of our three pizzas. It took them several minutes to determine that they only made two and the third was overlooked. They said they would fire it immediately, but it would still be about 15 minutes longer. When asked about the other two pizzas dying under the warmer, the crew said «don’t worry, they will stay warm». No apology, no offer to correct their mistake apart from making the forgotten pie. This is the second troubled encounter from this store of only three total visits. Thankfully George (the GM) happened to overhear the conversation and stepped in immediately. He had the crew remake all three pies and he went above and beyond what I would have expected by comping the entire order and for that I am very grateful. Sadly, I made the mistake of not checking the pizzas received for accuracy. They still screwed up my order! The only pizza they got correct was a cheese pizza. The other two, albeit hot, were not what we ordered. This is likely the last time I’m visiting this location. It’s a good thing they have a captive audience in the trainees. Any other store off base wouldn’t last long with the problems I’ve witnessed, nor seen in the other reviews.

We placed an online carryout order during BMT graduation weekend and was told that our order would be ready 17−22minutes. We arrived to pick up our and was told it would another hour before it was ready. We were on time restrictions and told them to forget it. So disappointed that we didn’t get dinner with our Airman.

If they could figure out how to use a telephone that worked, that’d probably make it a lot easier to order a pizza. Unfortunately they can’t, so I can’t order anything.

Horrible pizza on base, went there TDY and compared to where I came from it didn’t taste like Dominos, it tasted like some cheap chewy, dry pizza you buy at a food stand in the street. I called them about it because I thought they had sent me an old pizza someone didn’t want and the new one was just as bad although hot. Maybe they overcook it or something but it was hideous! Definitely don’t recommend this one… STAY AWAY, don’t waste your money.

Dominos pizza is ok, but buried in the BX on base they really should do a better job of providing healthy lunch options for singles. A small sized pizza is not the answer. Personal sized pizzas and small salads should be added to the menu at this location specifically. If you’re going to do business on base in the food court, you need to get a clue.
