Back On Track Chiropractic & Massage

I have been going to Back on Track for almost a year now to treat headaches and neck pain. There is a reason I have continued to come here so faithfully! The two ladies that work the front desk are incredibly personable and welcoming. I am always greeted by a smile and a hello. I have 3 children that are homeschooled and the staff is extremely accomidating. They have a play area for my children to play in while I get adjusted. As for my actual care, I have always felt that Dr. Scott takes his time and is extremely through. Every adjustment I have recieved has been customized to how I feel and what Dr. Scott notices on his exam that day. Best of all, with regular adjustments from Dr. Scott, I no longer have headaches and neck pain! Obviously, I highly recommend this office!

Would not recommend this place they told me that I would not have to pay for any of my treatment except ten percent I ended up paying over 200 dollars out of my own pocket for four treatments… And the girl in the front desk is flat out rude example walk out of my treatment and just stares at me doesn’t ask how my treatment went… just stares at me with a look of lost in her face. Could brush up on her customer service skill.

Love Scott, love the staff! Very friendly, seem to genuinely care about their patients and everyone seems enjoy their jobs!!!

I love Back on Track Chiropractic. The staff is friendly & helpful, they are always able to «fit» me in if I am leaving town and need a last minute adjustment. Scott if fabulous as well, personable & knowledgeable. He doesn’t make appointments with me (I don’t think I need regular chiro anyway), but leaves it up to me when to come in. Sometimes I go once in six months, other times I go every other week. Just depends on how strenuous my life is.
I’ve never been so happy with a chiropractor. He & his staff do a fantastic job!
