The doctors and nurses seemed fine, but the billing and office staff is very frustrating. After our very first visit I had to spend hours and hours on the phone sorting out their billing mistakes. As it stands I just received another bill with erroneous charges from the same appointment. all wrong… and will take me hours to sort out… the kicker is there is a note saying that my account is past due and they are going to send it to collections! Unfortunately I am going to have to report them to BCBS, it is ridiculous. The office staff had the same challenges. After having our past office fax twice and mail twice the records and receiving an «I don’t know where they are» from the office staff I finally had to have them sent to me personally. Not acceptable. Again, the doctors are fine, but unless you have A LOT of free time and patience to deal with the billing and office staff find someone else. I have never had such a headache with a doctors office.
