I live in another state so I wanted to send flowers to my daughter for Mother’s Day for the gift of our new granddaughter. I went on the web and found Aaron’s Flowers in La Vista which is a fe minutes away from their house. Called the merchant and they did not pick up the phone on Saturday, the day before Mother’s day, so I figured they were too busy to answer, so I went on their website and placed an order and it was confirmed with order number, type of bouquet, price address and my credit card information so I figured that was it. I called my daughter on Monday and said she never received the flowers, so I started calling Aaron’s and again and again on both of their numbers and again no answer so I left a message. I finally got a call at 6 pm on Monday telling me that they stopped taking orders on Saturday and they said they sent me an email on Saturday evening that they were not taking orders. I do not check my email at night and at that point, it was too late to order from anyone else. They should have called me right away and I could have possibly ordered from someone else. This is the busiest day of the year for Florists and they blew it. This is not a way to keep customers. If you want to make sure that you flowers are delivered, go elsewhere. I will never do business with them again. Not a responsible business owner.
