Wingstop

The wings with bone in were tough, chewy, and smelled funny. I took them back and they wouldn’t give me a refund. By this time I had eaten dinner and didn’t really want more wings but I took the replacements they offered. The boneless wings were better then the others but have a lot of batter and crispy-​ness to them and not much meat.

Slow service waited 25 minutes and the cashier gave out orders to everyone who arrived after me. Phone was busy for 10 minutes I drove from covina home to LA verne and still busy. could have ordered at Glendora and had better faster service

Don’t go to this wing stop during… order took more than 45 minutes, for a 10 pieces. The staff is all over the place. They do not know how to fully execute orders as they come in. So disappointing!

Although service is acceptable, the wings are great… And boneless !! There’s not much better! Atmosphere is nice… Feels sporty. Tables are clean and staff is kind !
I recommend the boneless original hot with a Coke. Get lots of ranch. Don’t forget the veggie sticks either ;).

I used to love Wingstop. But the past two times have been horrible expericences.
The first time I asked for my order to go and they gave it to me for dine in.
The second time I asked for lemon pepper wings but they gave me habanero wing!!! I hate spicy foods!!! That’s why I always order BBQ and LEMON PEPPER!!! I called back to tell them I was unsatisfied and the lady gave me attitude and I was nice about it. Funny how both times it was a lady not sure of her name but she is Hispanic.

WS should give young employees a math test prior to employment. I ordered an 8 piece combo to go. Got home and only got 7!!! Horrible. Wings are nothing but bone and I’m still hungry. To make matters worse took 15 minutes for my order. Won’t be back.

Prices are kinda «funny» anyway food is decent. The girl at the front with her short «blond» hair always seems like she hates her job and hates the customer. Girl if you don’t like it just quit, that’ll make your life better… And also it’ll be more pleasant for is customers to visit this store.

I used to love this wingstop!
I placed my order online. don’t ever try and order take out in person! Order online and go and pick it up later or else you will wait 20 minutes.
My food was ready on time. I could tell the girls were flustered and behind on orders. They kept rushing and struggling to deal with the phone calls.
I should have checked my food. ALWAYS CHECK IT.
I get home and my order is wrong. I put potato salad online. But somehow it came up as coleslaw. BUT in person in the store I specifically asked for potato salad! The girl even repeated it to me. I paid extra for a LARGE potato salad. I get I messed up online but in person I clarified!
I called pissed off because I wasn’t going to drive back. The girl who answered the phone. Ashton? Ash something. She was cool but was snappy. If I were her I would have just apologized and asked what the customer would like. Not say «well ONLINE you said this» «well YOU asked for this»
«Well WHAT do you want?» «The girl gave you COLESLAW that’s what you asked for»…um no it’s not.
Like dude please. Don’t try and be standoffish… it’s a damn side. Give me a refund and call it a day. She should have offered it from the jump. I only wanted a refund for the upgrade that was like $ 2. I should get a refund for the entire side!
She tried to get me to come back today I said no. I set up a time tomorrow but you know what I’m over it. I’ll just go somewhere else next time
I won’t come back. If a customer is unhappy you offer to make it better. I do it at my job everyday. Just suck it up and fix your communication skills.

The customer service here is awesome! The wings are always delicious as well! Definitely my go-​to :)

It is always exactly what you expect. Nothing extraordinary in terms of food or service, but I have never been disappointed. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Longer hours wouldn’t be a problem, but other than that …

I was hosting a party and wanted to serve wings, I placed my order of 75 wings online at 10:30 am for pick up at 3:15 pm. Having dealt with this store previously I knew the order would not be ready on time so I arrived at 3:40. My party was scheduled to start at 4 so I figured the wings would be still hot once I delivered them home. What a surprise. they hadn’t even started my order at 3:40! They apologized and said they could have the order done in 15 minutes and that they would throw something extra in for my inconvenience, they didn’t. But they didn’t hesitate to charge me full price, not even an offer of a discount. I will never patronize this store again.

Wingstop is always bomb! I reccomend trying out the new Spicy Korean Flavor! It is pretty dank, I’m not gonna lie. #footballseason

It says they are open till midnight it’s 10:19 and they canceled my order on a Thursday night… Update your hours.

Go on Monday afternoons/​evenings. Ask for Brian. Trust no one else. He’s a rotten lunatic, but damn if he doesn’t have that wing game on lock.

This place USE to be good, BUT I recently just ordered a 10 piece meal of wings which cost me 10+ $ and I ONLY GOT 9 WINGS so I guess I won’t be eating here again… Until I crave wings because these wings are bomb AF

This wingstop closes at 10pm not 12am. I drove all the way to the place to find that out. Someone should fix that online information. Ty

Close your eyes… Release this sensory function from your arsenal of senses, and rely on another. Don’t take for granted that it will remain with you the rest of your life, so practice taking away what is there, for when the time arises, your loss will be unsubstantial.
Oh, WingStop… Great place for wings, kinda pricey, but great for a tangy sweet treat every once in a while. The Cajan and Serrano wings are ridiculously tasty, and their fries are just as good. I recommend the meal for two… $ 19.00…

Good place for fast service and fast order.
But also you have to make sure what you order exactly.
Good they mix the order with another.
This place is nice and clean.
And the test of the food delicious.
Specially the lemon wings. But I didn’t like the fries.

I will not be returning.
My husband ordered on line (to avoid the notoriously long wait) and when he arrived the server had missed the entire second side of our order. The manager was there and even then, he was not offered even a 10% discount for the mistake. The chicken was overcooked and salty. The fries were super soggy and overcooked.
My family will not be returning.

Service was mediocre and the wait time sucks, but I guess I’ll take the blame for that since they have signs Infront of their counter saying «please call before so that you don’t have to wait!» I will definitely take advantage of their order system online.
I ordered bone in wings lemon pepper and mango habanero togo and the cashier specifically let me know that ranch (sauce in general) does not come with the order since it’s not a combo and it will take 18 min. I guess you can skimp out on the ranch, but it’s just sauce… Lol I got one anyway because I love ranch!
Wings were crispy and tasty which bumped up the stars, but their policy with charging for sauce should change. Maybe I went on a wrong day where Wingstop doesn’t have deals, but I would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings and have a wing Tuesday or a deal day that provides sides for free.
