This company is a fraud after buying a $ 1,000 generator that only worked for two weeks this company refused to send me a new unit or refund my money. Jose Gallegos is a joke. He thinks he has the power to talk to people any kind of way. He does not have a clue how to spell customer service. Please beware of this company Jose you think you got away with one It’s called credit card with fraud protection so I will get my money back. By the way a letter has been prepared for the CEO so good luck down the road.

Customer service here is a joke they sent me the wrong product then when I called back to get the problem fixed the customer service rep (Jose) started arguing with me and talking over me telling me I had the right product. I was told by the customer service manager (Derek) that the wrong product would be picked up from my address on Saturday which never happened and the right product would be shipped out Monday morning which also did not happen. Good luck to anyone that decides to use this place my experience was horrible and would not advise my worst enemy to use this place!

Do not expect to return anything for free! Also you get to pay a 15% restocking fee if you want to exchange or return! Just because they give you a discount on buying brand name tool ie. DEWALT it’s not worth it !!! Go to HOME DEPOT a place everyone knows about there great returns… Rated 0 STARS
