I and my family have been coming to the La Quinta Med Spa since it opened. Doctor Werner has always been fair and honest in his procedures and pricing. He never tries to encouraged unnecessary treatment just to turn a profit. If you don’t need a procedure he will tell you so. He has without fail, 100% of the time, stood by his work and if there is ever a concern he remedies the situation without additional cost (within reason, of course). I, my desert family, and the friends I have recommended to him think he’s the most honest, reliable and best Med Doctor we have experienced .
Last year, my step mother offered to take me to her Med Doctor in San Dimas for an all expenses paid visit, but I declined. I declined, because before I went to Dr. Werner, I went to a handful of places and was met with a lot of dishonesty. I passed up free treatments as a gift, because I wouldn’t trust anyone but Doctor Werner.
I, my mother, son and those friends I have recommended have all had wonderful experiences. He is an absolute pro and has always backed his work.
Update: I’m 46 years old and the Doctor has helped me retain a youthful look without promoting unnecessary procedures.
I am planning to schedule a laser treatments for my son who has scaring from acne .
Thankfully, because of Doctor Werner expert care and treatments I won’t need laser, yet. When I do need it I wouldn’t let anyone do it but him.

Dr. Werner was professional and informative. Having received similar services in other places, never had things been explained in the manner that Dr Werner took the time to do so! Additionally, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I’m definitely going back and referring my friends and family.

Please spare your face & save your money. I had Spectra Laser treatments here for my brown spots. Unfortunately, my face looks much worse than what I started with! Not only did my brown spots become darker but I am left with permanent scarring! (See photos) I wish I never would have stepped foot in this office! Upon talking with Dr. Werner & telling him that I was not happy with my results he became very defensive & raised his voice at me. He stated that he «stands by his work» therefore he does not give refunds. Shouldn’t the work speak for itself!!! I disputed the charge through my credit card company & now he is making up lies in a letter he sent to them. Please go to a real Dermatologist for your face. In addition to $ 400 for the laser treatment… I was then told I should purchase a lightening cream because my spots had darkened. This cream was $ 100 but I was sold what looks like a Tester for $ 63. According to Dr. Werner, I received a 50% discount. I have seen the same cream online for $ 60! Save your money & more importantly your face! This Dr. is so unprofessional. If I could give negative stars… I would!
Update: Now Dr. Werner is complaining to Unilocal about the photos of my face that I posted. Wow! So much for honesty on Unilocal
