Ugh. HUGE disappointment! I came here to get my friend a big donut with fruity pebbles on top(its our birthday tradition) and I would have rather laid in the 100+ weather we were having and roast. Anyways.I got there and waited at the window for about 5mins and the woman working kept walking past me and didn’t even try to acknowledge me. Once she took my order she was giving me a hard time about putting on the fruity pebbles. After we came to an agreement I decided to get a few extra donuts for my sister and I. This is where the 2 stars come in, this place is super cheap and has tasty donuts. I came later that night to pick up the donut and the lady saw me, grabbed the donut, gave it to me and shut her window. Never again. I felt like such a bother to this establishment.

Oh yasss their donuts are always soft and fresh mmmmmm and the wait is never to long!!! Drive thru and a window where you can get out and order you decide! They have an amazing selection and they are prone to even selling out even their basics. I love that it’s and actual donut as well lol so cute. I might have found my new donut place!

I recommend the peanut butter cup donut! It’s a donut filled with peanut butter and topped with chocolate glaze and a peanut butter cup. The donuts are super cheap and really good here. The Donut Hole has really stepped their game up in the last couple years. also it’s always fun to drive into the giant donut haha

My family and I love coming to the Donut hole. For a dozen of donuts it’s not that expensive you think you would be paying more for the donuts you pick because the donuts are so big. They are always fresh plus the kids love driving through the big donut which is a plus.

Stuck a fun experience to come here and drive thru this giant donut! The donuts are pretty good and made fresh. It gets really busy here in the morning and also come prepared with cash. They don’t take debit or credit.

This is a fun place to grab a donut. I went with a cinnamon crumb roll and a peanut butter cup donut. Both were amazing in presentation and taste. Driving through the hole is fun. You can see the donuts as you drive to the order window. Their selection is huge, just like one of their donuts … Soooooooo huge! Definitely a must try. Cash only!

It’s a drive thru for donuts! Drive up, go through the hole, donuts in the window on the driver’s side, someone making donuts on the passenger’s side. I picked the bacon maple, blueberry, red velvet and Oreo. All were very fresh even though we got there late afternoon. Oreo was kinda too sweet for me but others were just perfect. It’s cash only so be prepared!

Boston crème. Wow this was good! Soft and chewy and a lot of custard! The chocolate frosting was a little crispy which is the way i like it. And the major reason why i came here for the firdt time was to drive through the donut hole.

Let me start by saying we are embarrassed to say we have passed by this joint 20 years and have never stopped. My mother in law called us freaking out that her car was over heating and to come check it out. She was at the CVS next to this place and we were at home in Montebello. So there we go, check the car and tell her it’s an old car stop running the AC! She was on her way and we had a sweet tooth, so we finally decide to try this place out. Why hasn’t anyone told us this place got maple bacon donuts? This is our weakness. We roll up see all the deliciousness in the window and choose a bunch of things along with cronut holes. Let me tell you those holes didn’t even make it to the freeway, gotta say that’s our new crack. We will definitely be coming back and will probably stop by every time we are in the area. Only con: it’s not near us!

This place is pretty cool. First impression. Wow $CASHONLY$ It is a drive thru donut shop with a pretty modern creative menu mixed with the old fashion favorites. The staff is very helpful and super nice. On one side(driver side) you have a large window where you can see the entire donut selection. And on the other side you can see the bakers working on a new batch of fresh donuts. When I drove up to the window I told the lady it was my very 1st time and she made some recommendations. I gotta say, They were pretty good! Unfortunately, not knowing it was cash only I was limited on the amount of donuts I was able to try. I can’t wait to go back and try some more.

Donuts never taste so good as when they are fresh, and The Donut Hole appears to keep the donuts in production around the clock. So, whenever you arrive, there will be at least one or two items that were made very much recently. As for the donuts: classic California donuts are on offer here, and The Donut Hole makes them expertly. I don’t live in California anymore, and donuts are one of the things I most miss about California living, so when I am back, The Donut Hole is a place I always try to get to. It’s not crazy crowded at this family-owned operation like at so many of the donut shops in LA proper(California Donuts on Third I’m looking at you), but they are as darn good as any of the donuts you’ll get in the LA area, which is saying something, since LA is the US capital of donuts as far as I’m concerned. I go for the glazed, jelly(raspberry), cinnamon rolls, butter milk, crullers(white icing), powdered, and Bavarian cream varieties, but you’ll have plenty of types to choose from. And if you buy a dozen, you get ten percent off your order. So what are you waiting for, they are cooling down as you read this!

The Donut hole is an amazing little gem in la puente. Their creative and unique donut flavors will have you making an immediate u-turn to get more because these donuts are addictive! The owner is very friendly and patient and the line was minimal at best, compared to donut man. A great place for a treat!

– 14⁄100 reviews for 2016 – This donut shop was a creatively designed! I love the whole architecture and the whole drive-thru experience. Although it was hard to choose which donuts I wanted because I was sitting in the passenger side. They had a great variety of donuts and the staffs were all very friendly and patient. We got mini cronut holes! We also got a banana Nutella cronut, Oreo donut, s’mores donut and Cinnamon Toast Crunch! The donut hole reminds me of California donuts except it’s not so hyped, closer to home, and has a variety of donuts to choose from! It’s also opened 24⁄7 and cash only.

Drive thru donuts?! What a time to be alive! It was pretty empty when I went and thank goodness because you have to order pretty quickly if there’s a line behind you! There’s a good amount of donuts and they all looked really good Ended up getting the maple bacon, cinnamon, fruity pebbles, captain crunch, cinnamon twist, and a strawberry cronut. The donuts are pretty good, but the cereal on top were stale. My favorite has to be that cinnamon twist! The cronut wasn’t as good as other cronuts I’ve had. It was soggy from all the cream and the outside wasn’t crisp either! I’ll be back if I’m in the area, but won’t be making the drive out here specifically for these donuts.

Are you kidding me? Why wasn’t I told? Drive– thru and walk up window to order donuts classic, fancy, and sandwiches. Well, why not drive up and utilize the most awesome idea in drive thru’s. The donuts are amazing!!! I ordered classic donuts and apple fritter, not to mention maple bacon bar and blueberry. Nothing too fancy. Apple fritter deserves its own paragraph. The size was humongous. The thickness and color just right, the moist middle and not so crusty edges, apple squares literally in every bite. Absolutely, delightful!!! The maple bacon bar! Wow! Bacon toppings crisp. The slightly salty and sweet maple in the cake like donut just melts with every bite. Twists and glazed donut day after was still soft, buttery, moist with a hint of salty sweet. I could go on and on with each piece, but overall, this donut shop wins my heart!

I always see this place on Unilocal but never tried it until recently. Yes it’s a little bit old but to me that just means they are doing something awesome since they haven’t closed down yet. So we ended up here when we had some free time during the weekday. Ordered a Red velvet donut with icing a lot of variety of donuts that you can choose from. In the drive through you can see what donuts you would like. Which is pretty nice. When your driving through the hole you actually can see all the donuts they have on the driver side. They have some pretty artsy and creative donuts that look really good! The red velvet donut did the trick and it was such a cute size with the right amount of icing it was just pretty looking that’s why I chose it. If your craving a donut don’t worry this place never closes and is open 24⁄7!!!

First time getting donuts here and I was super excited to see so much to choose from! They had so many different specialty donuts, if I was just craving and going for one I would have had the most difficult time choosing. However luckily I was building a donut cake therefore had to purchase an abundance. I got the oreo, the reese’s cup, red velvet, cinnamon toast crunch, cinnamon powder, maple bacon, lucky charms, m&m, and last but not least the texas style donut which I must add is BIGGERTHANMYFACE. Let’s keep it simple and short. Pros: –Variety of fancy donuts to choose from –Packaged in a big box not stacked in a small container(like those typical pink donut boxes that crush all your desserts) –Good service, the Asian man is very sweet and made conversation with me and my friend while we chose our donuts –BIGTEXASDONUT, that’s not common at typical donut shops and pretty cool that I don’t need to go to Universal Studios or the fair to get one –Majority of the donuts were pretty good(best one was probably the reese’s: topped with crushed reese’s and its a FILLED donut with PEANUTBUTTERFILLING. Super cool, very unique, have yet to see this elsewhere) −24÷7 what more can I say Cons: –Drive through only –Cash only –Nice unique variety but no simple donuts when you’re craving that simple sugar donut :( –Cereal donuts were all fancy and trendy but stale cereal pieces. Sadly, I have yet to find a donut shop that sells cereal donuts that aren’t stale –Red velvet felt a bit like diabetes Worth a try and definitely the place to go when you’re up and awake at 3am and craving some trendy donuts without having to drive to LA!

So this review is long overdue! After reading all of the hype about this place I had to try it! My brother is visiting from Alabama, so what better way to introduce him to Cali then letting him try a bacon donut! Omg I swear the heavens opened up when I took a bite of this maple bacon goodness! My bro said he would move here just to eat these every weekend lol. This place definitely lives up to its glory. It is cash only so make sure you roll up with some dollars. I also have experienced nothing but awesome customer service! They were quick answer all my a thousand questions about their selections. It is pretty awesome to be able to drive thru a donut hole and order bomb bacon donuts and more! This place is a definite must try!
