Had a chance to go to the «Free for a Week» promotion on Monday and had a great time. The staff was extreme friendly and they had a workout that was easy to tailor to newbies.
It is a great location for an up-​and-​coming gym, but the sacrifice in size is frustrating. With a group of about 15, it felt cramped and was difficult to spread out or hear any instructions. The pull-​up bars seem like they are in the middle of the room, which breaks up the flow. All state-​of-​the-​art new equipment, however.
