Bought my cinelli mystic rats bike here a couple days ago. They kept the shop open a lil longer after closing bc I was running a lil late from traffic. Not a lot of bike shops really take the time to help, but Yat was very helpful and made sure I got the right accessories for my bike. Thanks man!

Very friendly people, giving me the most accurate info and suggestion on mountain bikes and road bike… and they are all experienced riders. Got what I need and I always go directly to the store for any purchases! Go ichigear!!!

Super helpful. Didn’t try to oversell anything. I didn’t know whether I needed to change my tires on my fixie. And the guy who helped me was super helpful and said they didn’t need to be changed.
I asked 101 questions. And since I ride in the evening something I knew I’d need lights to see and to be complaint with local regulations!
I left excited, knowledgeable, and spent under 60 for locks, lights, handle bars, phone dock/​holder, and air in my tires!

I love bikes and riding on all the LA trails is a thing of passion for me. Unfortunately, I have to maintain and keep all my parts … and that’s not cheap if you need quality components. Fortunately, I found Ichigear and I got great service and very competitive prices for the parts I needed. Thanks!

This place offers amazing service and good deals. The owners are very friendly and genuine. Their business is honest and they do not charge you ridiculous prices for a regular bike tune-​up. I will be coming back here for years! Highly recommend this place.

I live 45 mins from this place, HOWEVER their service is impeccable. I had my 3 speed beach cruiser tune up and it was finished as promised ON TIME and detailed cleaned. The bike Tech was wonderful and extremely helpful. The place is located in a «warehouse» set up, so you have to enter the main entrance to find it (its located next to a Gentleman Club). Parking is directly in front of the bike stop. I appreciate their effort to go out of the way to accommodate my request and helped load my cruiser into the car. I HIGHLY recommend this place and the price is great for a tune up. Can’t get any better.

I ordered a Lazer Street Deluxe helmet from Ichigear. I am pleased to say that I received excellent service from the off. Prior to coming to Ichigear, I went to cycle shops in Huntington Beach, Orange, and Irvine looking for this particular helmet. The response I got at those stores stood out in contrast to the excellent service I received at Ichigear. For example, at one store in Irvine, I was told that I had to wait for 7 working days to be delivered to the store from the warehouse, which was close by. At two other stores, they offered me a different brand of helmet, not the one I had wanted. in contrast to those stores, I went to Ichigear, measured my head for the proper size, placed an order, and received the item in less than 3 days. They also offered me a 20% discount for picking up the product in store. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service at Ichigear. Furthermore, this is a small business. Small businesses need our help especially in light of the current economic climate, and because they cannot compete with cost outlay of stores like Specialized. So support Ichigear.
PS: I suppose too it helps to have a tactful, constructive conversation with the owners if their service has been found wanting.

Awesome place and awesome deals. Though a bit hard to find since they are located in a back lot with other business they certainly make up for it in service and pricing. Herbert who helped me out wad nice and patient as well as very helpful. Will shop there again as their prices are very competitive. Excellent all around in my oppinion along with great communication.

I really really like this bike shop. I’m a newbie at biking and when I walked in, the dude was super personable. I came in around noonish and it was packed. I actually was on my lunch break and didn’t think I’d get helped in time, but within 5 minutes this really nice smiley dude flagged me down and offered his assistance. I was a little embarrassed because I didn’t know too much about biking or bikes or anything, but he walked me through all the parts and gave me all the information I needed without being pushy. Great guy! Not sure why the ratings are so low. Definitely deserves 5 star for service. The prices are fair I believe, not too sure since I haven’t really shopped around, but for the attentive service Ichigear has got me won over. I’ll post some pics once I’m done building my bike!

The place is a bit hard to find since it’s located in an obscure plaza behind a few tire shops. I drove past the entrance a couple times before I actually found it. Once you drive into the area, you should be able to see the Ichigear sign at the top of their entrance.
The people working here are really friendly & they showed me all the different parts they had in the stock that I would be able to install on my bike. The prices here are pretty good too; cheapest that I’ve seen anywhere! I recommend this shop to anyone who needs a new bike or likes to modify their bikes as they have some awesome parts here & they were also very knowledgable & were able to give me what I needed at a great price.
Overall: 5 stars; minus one star because the place was a bit hard to locate.

These guys are great! I am just starting to get into bicycling and had many newbie questions. The person behind the counter at the time (Herbert I believe) was extremely helpful and was very patient in helping me choose a beginner bike and gear. I will definitely be coming back for parts and upgrades once I am more experienced in this hobby

The price was decent for what I got (a set of wheels and a tool), but the shop left alot to be desired. The employees were nice and helpful but the show room was very cluttered and prices were not listed on anything. It all just seemed sloppy and like they were trying to run a business out of a closet… not very professional.
