I received a good customer from their employee Constance. I called before I came for my sons suit outfit size 14 and Constance found me the size that I was looking for. She’s very helpful, nice and she even suggested for me to visit their other locations in Azusa that carries more suit sizes.

Unorganized. Can’t exchange sizes even if the same thing, without a receipt. It’s not like it will throw off their inventory, everything is on the floor most of the time.

I do agree with the other reviews about this location being messy and unorganized, I wish employees would pick up, some employees are very friendly while others are not, I do come once in a while, you can find some good inexpensive clothes, toys, socks etc

This store is absolutely disgusting. Items are thrown about all over the store, there are ZERO employees picking up items or trying to improve the look of the store. There were multiple employees at the register, but no one greets you or even looks your way when you enter. This whole store is a mashup or the three million cheapest items on the face of the earth. There’s barely multiples of the same items and crap is just piled on top of each other w/​o any organization or care for the product. All of the toys are dirty and thrown about. Save your time and go to another discount store!
