Casino’s Tux Shop

This place captures the essence of a mom and pop shop in all of it’s glory. We came in to rent a tux for my son’s prom and had the best experience. Beside the fact that they have an abundance of choices, they gave the best customer service experience that I have had in a very long time. From the moment we arrived to the store, all of our worries were put at ease by the staff as they quickly attended to us. Not only helping us, but acting like we were the first customers they had all day or even all month! They offered suggestions, didn’t rush us, made conversation with my entire family but still made a point to make my son the center of attention. They never hesitated to try as many combinations of tux options that we wanted with a smile. They made sure to make the correct adjustments to the jacket until it was the correct fit. I observed the same level of service to everyone in the shop. In the end I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional price $ 69 for the rental! Plus a $ 20 refundable fee. I will never go anywhere else for a tux and refer all of my family and friends.

Our first time here and we will be back. The nicest people, very helpful and friendly. Prices are good. I wanted a different look, nothing traditional and I got what I wanted … different! The pictures I’m going to post you are going to see that the jacket has no buttons and the tie is different … they didn’t have in display but I explained to the sales clerk what I wanted and she went into the back and brought it out. It’s a small place and easy to pass up but turn back around if you do pass it, you won’t regret it :)

Vincent is the most helpful person! I came in today to get fitted for a tux for my prom. The pricing was extremely reasonable considering it’s a rental place. I didn’t pay more than $ 100 for everything. They were very open to what you wanted and didn’t charge you more to make a substitution for a different item. Go here! Definitely recommended!

I LOVE THIS TUX SHOP.
I forget the lady’s name, but the Hispanic woman that works there is ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY. She always has a huge smile on her face and she has remembered me by name even though I’ve only been about twice. She is just amazing. The rest of the staff is friendly, too, but I think she really is over the top. I live pretty far from here, but I always come back here if I need to rent a tux due to their amazing customer service. It’s pretty inexpensive, too. But then again, I haven’t really been to that many tux shops.
