My friend used to work at this Pizza Hut, I called in an order while my friend was at work and naturally my friend texted me to let me know that the manager had picked off and added to a pizza they had made by mistake 4 hours before I placed my order and that’s what she planned to give me. When I cancelled my order the manager actually called me cursing and screaming. Don’t give them your money, the stoners over at dominos are really nice and they make a pretty good pizza.

Absolutely the most poorly run facility ever! Terrible customer service and poor management. Ordered at 707 pm, delivered at 840 pm, phone call to call center twice which is not even located on site and was told by call center pizza on the way!!! Not! Credit card didn’t process correctly, called the call center again and gave credit card and was told I was getting a discount! Ok, fine, was over until I receive a call from the manager at 1035 pm to say I hadn’t paid for my pizza? Incompetent and poorly run facility! Never again!

So I called the order in at 10 am to be delivered at 11:50 am which should be enough time to get my order in time for lunch. I am waiting at the gate for my food around 11:40 am then 12:00 pm comes by so I call and they say it’s only 10 minutes late it will be there, so I wait a bit longer and call again around 12:25 which the food is already 35 minutes late and my lunch ends at 1230. I tell the manager I want to cancel my order then she says the pizza already left 10 minutes which means the driver didn’t leave until 12:20 I told what time it was suppose to be there then she says«fine I’ll cancel it». The driver calls my phone at 1235 telling me the pizza is there I told him I canceled it and he hung up on me so I call him back since I’m pretty sure it was because he lost connection, then he goes on rambling that he’s outside and he’s going to wait after I already told him I canceled it. He then proceeds to blow up my phone for 20 minutes even leaving a voicemail. Very bad experience with them they had about 2 hours to get me my food for lunch last time I will deal with them again I’m glad I didn’t pay with card.

We waited 60 mins for pizza and when it finally got here it was cold. Don’t order the cheesy bites either! All the cheese in the bites are melted out.

I ordered a pizza and they made it wrong twice! The manager gave me a free pizza to be redeemed on my next purchase. When I ordered my next pizza they tried to give me only five dollars off my ticket. I protested and they eventually sent my order for free. The problem is when the pizza arrived it only had about 1⁄3 of the usual amount of toppings and it was very greasy. Looks like I will only be eating Domino’s pizza while in La Porte and needing a delivery.

Awful pizza. Halfway decent wings. Which is where the second star came from. Pizza was rather soggy. Wings were well sauced, but had quite a bit of breading. Not your usual wings. For $ 22.79 I would expect better. Next time I’ll settle for Little Caesars, cheaper and probably better than what I received today from Pizza Hut. Bleh!

Terrible service, terrible food. crust was dry, wings had no sauce, pizza had no sauce. worst pizza hut i have ever had. will NOT be eating there again.
