Walgreens

What used to be my drug store and pharmacy of choice, has really went down hill. For one they used to be 24 hours. I could go there after leaving the hospital for my sick child or etc. Now they changed their hours to close a 12am. Really irritating to not be available when needed. Hope they wake up and realize they need to change their hours back to 24 hrs

the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used! Everyone in the Pharmacy department needs lessons on Customer Service! I have been a long time customer of Walgreens but this particular one is absolutely horrible. God forbid you use the drive through you might sit there for 25 mins before anyone greets you. I get automatic refills and Walgreens text me for ready pickup… Rarely has my prescription been ready! I’ve even called and personally spoken to someone & told prescriptions are ready… Only to drive 30mins to be told it’s not or out of stock! Most recently! & finally the last straw… I try to get prescription filled… Drop off 2hr wait to fill! Three hrs later no fill and was told by pharmacies after I’m upset (I don’t have to fill anything) gives prescription back says go across the street to CVS
