WORST dining experience of my life, my grilled southwest salad was made incorrectly.
I drove all the way back, asked for it to be corrected, went home, sat down to eat, and the salad was upside down, in the same bag, man-​handled with an excess of sauce on it. Gross!
I drove allll the way back, asked for a manager. The manager hollered at me– «If you want my name, ask me for it.» (An african american lady in a blue shirt, heavy built, with her hair in a tight wrap). So I asked, «ok, then may I please get your name?» She turned her back on me and would not answer.
It was horrible, embarrassing. All of the staff would not give me her name. They kept saying, «I have no idea, I just started.» Who works at a place and doesn’t know their manager’s name? I truly felt harassed.
A couple girls mouthed «I’m so sorry» to me as I drove away.
Worst. Dining experience. Ever.
Don’t even want to give it one star.
