I would give no stars. My first experience, and will never return. Steve who at first seemed welcoming, quickly changed giving the worst customer service responding rudely back to our concern. We came back bringing back a sweater to ask about a hole we found which was not there before. We thought it was strange the sweater was folded onto a pair of pants when picking it up and not in its own garment bag, then saw the hole. We asked about the hole and he said and quote he responded «you think we did it? No it’s this material, they do that» Then claiming I was offending him for asking if he checks for damages prior to washing, where his response was that was not his job, only to clean them. This escalated, to where he responded he didn’t care if he lost our business and wanted us to take our things somewhere else. Which I will gladly do.
The problem is not a fee, but the service given when I came with a concern of where the hole came from. Being in the customer service industry, the service I received here is not acceptable and don’t wish it on anyone else. Long review, but sadly needed.

Zero stars. Rude, unethical and exremely poor customer service (surprisingly shocking to expect the least). I will NEVER give my garments here again.
Should have paid heed to an earlier review wherein a customer received his brand new wedding shirt with stains on it but I decided to try out this place myself.
I handed in a few garments here, and was promised a return 2 days later with a text on my phone, which never showed up. One day later on saturday evening I pay a visit and I am told that Steve (the attendant) completely forgot about it. They would be closed for the weekend and i would probably have had to wait up till Monday had i not showed up myself late Saturday evening.
I receive my clothes in separate bags each, albeit one sweatshirt which was nicely folded behind a pair of jeans (it did get me suspiciously curious). Soon after, the mystery resolved itself. There was A HOLE on the front in my sweatshirt! I take the shirt back to Steve who at first agrees to fix it — but when i tell him that it’s a brand new sweatshirt and it didn’t have any holes when I brought it in, Steve gets ultra-​defensive, seemingly unaware of the hole and accuses me of buying torn garments!
I would readily shed $ 3 dollars to fix a $ 40 sweatshirt but the arrogant and rude behavior of Steve was appalling. Never before has a cleaner behaved so cheeky and such behavior has left an extremely bad taste.
Extremely disappointed.

I teach high school choir and theatre. I use this place for both costumes for theatre and dresses and tuxes for choir. They are great with communication, everything comes back the way it should.

All the people are really nice who work there. Although, they LOST one of my expensive pants. I ended up getting reimbursed about ¾ of the cost, but there was also the inconvenience of not having the pants anymore and having to wait a month or so in order to get reimbursed. Also, I was soooo lucky that I had my original receipt from back when I bought the pants which was a little more than half a year ago, otherwise I may not have been reimbursed! Pretty much the only reason why I will be returning in the future is because they gave me a store credit which was to cover the other ¾ of the cost of the lost pants that wasn’t reimbursed to me. I definitely won’t be bringing any valuable clothing to them in the future.

Great place to bring your clothes and other articles that need to be cleaned! They did a great job cleaning all the fabric on my stroller and baby carrier just in time for the baby’s arrival! They did a great job and even touched up the pressing on a quilt of mine for free! Best thing is that the chemicals are green see you don’t have to worry about harsh chemicals for babies. I am telling everyone to come here! I lived here for three years and barely just found them. What a find!

I brought a brand new shirt here to be pressed two days before my wedding. It was packaged the way it left the store. My wife dropped it off for me. When my wife picked it up it was extremely dirty. It had two stains on the front of it. Keep in mind it was new when I brought it there, never been worn. This was the night before my wedding… They assured me it would be taken care of and would be ready for pick up the next day at noon. Well noon came and the shirt was still stained and not suitable to be worn.
I had to buy a new shirt last minute and it did not match my brides colors. They offered me credit to the store for my troubles however I’d never use this store again.
Basically they denied responsibility and attempted to dance around the issue. They should’ve paid for a new shirt and left it at that.
Poor service. Very disappointed

I brought in 6 articles of clothing for mending and dry cleaning. I was unable to come pick them up for a week, but they held them for me, no problem. I also asked them to hem a pair of pants to match the length of another pair I dropped off for cleaning, and they did it without me standing for pinning, etc. I would definitely recommend the work done here and will come again.

I usually dint write reviews unless it’s horrible or very noteworthy. Ruth, the owner is a GEM! She is so sweet and accommodating. I have been a regular for 15 years. I believe she’s been running the business for over 20 years (there was an article in the local paper). The other week I had a ton of clothes that needed to get dry cleaned the same day, not only did she meet my needs she also made sure a few buttons on my pants were sewn on (no charge). Although her English is broken, her sweetness and service makes up for it! Thank you Ruth!

This place is amazing! She was able to take out dried stains out of 12 articles of clothing that I though would be ruined forever, she did a fantastic job. Its also a plus that they are environmentally friendly. So if you live in La Mirada and you need dry cleaning done I definitely recommend this place. Total price was a little expensive, but hey she saved my garments so I’m happy.
