Luxury Hair And Nail Spa

So I’ve gone a couple times to get a manipedi and loved it the first time. Great color choices and very friendly.
The second time I went to get my acrylics filled. The lady who did them (Tammy) was really nice and conversational. She took her time and cleaned the inside as well. However, she recommended putting a clear gel topcoat to make it last longer but it did the contrary.
The top coat came off within a week but I decided to give them another try.
The third time I came for a manipedi and the pedicure was great and I got acrylics. I wanted matte nails and the girl who did mine did not know what it meant but luckily they had the top coat. Again it didn’t last and the lady CUT ME. I was bleeding and never in my whole life have I bled at a nail salon. She put too much of the acrylic which stuck to my finger and when she removed it I bled. Also, she place the acrylic tips too much on top so they broke within two weeks… I also don’t like that they don’t use clean/​new tools. Or at least it does not seem like they do so not sure how often they’re sterilized
Never going back again…

Today I had too notch service with Lilly and Ashley. Lilly did exactly what I envision with color, cut and blow dry. Top with a relaxation pedicure and wax with Ashley. If you want to look and feel brand new drop in and let them do their magic.

I got my hair and nails done for the Marine Corps Birthday Ball yesterday. I brought in a picture of Audrew Hepburn and within a short period of time they transformed me into the belle of the ball.

It took 2 hours just to get my eyebrows and nails done and I was not very satisfied with my eyebrows they did exactly the opposite of what I said

Have been getting my hair done there and they are really nice, do a good job and price is great!

I always get a great mani or pedi here. All the girls are sweet and do excellent work! I usually get a gel manicure and a French tip pedicure and they turn out great.

I called in to see how much it would cost for a haircut its $ 16 it was my first time their they were nice when I walked in but I did not like the service the hair brush she used on me was very very dirty and brown /​black looking and the brushes had a bunch of hair I wanted to leave but I needed a haircut and wanted to give them a chance so I asked for layers when she was done my hair was very choppy it had no layers except the front and it was so un even when I woke up the next day and it was dry it was terrible the worst haircut ever was not worth it at all like I said they were nice but she does not know how to cut hair at all!!!

I have known lilly for 15 years” She is the most open and honest person I know!!! She gives the best flat iron and style around!!! Wana look 10 years younger in 30 minutes??? Lilly will flat iron trim and off you go” COMPLIMENTS THAT WILL brighten your day/​WEEK!!! Trust me!!! I love you l Lilly!!! Lilly rocks!

I have been going to the salon for about 3 years now and I love their service! I moved to another city about 15 miles away and I still prefer to do the drive versus trying to find another place because the service provided is awesome. Very satisfied customer!!!

I’ve even looking for the «perfect» nail shop for the last two years within the whittier/​la Mirada area. I’ve been through some horrible experiences at places where they talk about me in Vietnamese and didn’t realize that I am Vietnamese. Lol. I always get a mani/​pedi everywhere I go. I don’t ask for much. I pay for the experience and of course the work. Anyway, I found this place hidden next to stater brothers by accident while taking my kids to get their haircuts next door. From the outside it looked clean and inviting. When I finally came in to get my nails done I was greeted and ALL of the girls are so nice and friendly. They are also very professional and spoke English with even each other. But, when they found out I’m Vietnamese they talked with me in the language. I’m cool with that plus when I mean professional is that they don’t talk bad about other customers while doing their nails. Lol. The prices are affordable, the shop is clean, girls are friendly and professional! What more can I ask for? Took me two years to find this place and it’s right across the street from my neighborhood! :)

I always get my haircuts here. Good service, good job, and cheap!

To preface: the 3 stars is for the place in general, but Mai gets a 5 star rating! This place is right across from my house-​so it is very convenient. The prices are very fair-​$ 23 for a mani/​pedi in the spa chair! I will only go if Mai it available. I’ve gone without making an appointment with her, and regretted it every time. She really takes her time and makes sure you’re getting quality service. She is every friendly and does her job well. I’m a nail polish snob, and only use Essie or OPI. They have an okay variety of OPI polishes, but I always bring my own just in case!

Love the salon and love the ladies. I’ve been coming her since they opened. Great customer service. Great pricing for the services. I highly recommend!
