First time visit, have been to plenty of other doctors and paid a lot more for health coverage. Now on Covered California and had to switch from Bright Medical to MD Lum. He was fantastic, listened to all my concerns without rushing me. Gave me referrals to specialist for ENT when other doctors just prescribed nasal sprays. He was professional, made me feel confident under his care!

I have been going to Dr Lum for over 15 years now. In my life time, I have seen many doctors and there are basically 2 kinds — one that just prescribes drugs to treat problems and hope you will go away and pay their bill or the other that really listens and try to find out all the what, when, why, how and then find the treatment that fits the issue. Dr Lum is the type of doctor that just doesn’t prescribe drugs to bandage the problem, he will find out the problem and make sure it’s treated correctly. I have sent numerous friends and family to him and they all love him!
