I was not expecting this little place to be as good as it was! I saw all of the pictures of the vegetarian sandwich and thought it looked amazing but didn’t expect much in taste. After all, there’s no meat or cheese and I’m a meat eater! I was shocked though, it was amazing! One of the best veggie meals I’ve had in a long time. The marrying of avocado and egg was delicious! The cucumber gave it that little kick of sweet it needed. I’d say the only thing that would make this better(and it’s already a 5) would be a dill pickle spear on the side. I had the regular size on squaw bread. That was more than enough! The regular is the size of a normal slice of bread but they pack it high. They had wrapped the whole sandwich in plastic wrap then cut it in half which was really nice because when I opened it, it didn’t fall apart or veggies fall out. The place itself is small but cute. The staff was very friendly which is a true gem since most Asian owned establishments act as if they could care less whether you supported their business or not. Not here, I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. Everything looked very clean and organized. Located in a small business park right after the RR tracks on Artesia west of Knott. Parking is limited during lunch rush.

I went into C & A for the first time today, I ordered a Reg. BLT, and when I got back to my office, they gave me something else… although the sandwich was fresh, still disappointed that they did not get my order correct.

A fantastic little sammich shop, every single item I have ordered, and I got often too, has been spectacular. The BBQ beef sandwich and Gary’s slice are superb. If you like great food and quick service go here!!!

Great sandwich but if you’re pregnant and in pain because you need to urinate don’t assume the owner will have any empathy for you. I know there’s a bathroom back there but he refused to let me use it. Thankfully I didn’t pee in my pants but what poor customer service and lack of human compassion.

Great local deli. I work near by and stop by 3 times a week for a breakfast sandwich and some coffee. Clean, fast and friendly service. This place does not disappoint, I promise.

Stopped at lunch time for a turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomato and mayo. The lettuce was kind of hard which is weird and I was a little disappointed in the quality of the turkey which for some reason I thought would have been more similar to that of boars head since it’s a sandwich shop. A little more mayo would have been nice– but that’s my fault for not getting it. Any way– not any better than a da which I would have been able to make.

My sandwich was alright. Something I definitely should have made at home to save money. But I was hungry, lazy, and trying hard to resist any nearby dollar menu(#MURICA lol)… so I ordered a boring turkey sandwich on wheat. Maybe I would’ve been more impressed if I went with a different choice.

This is by far the best place to get a sandwich or a salad. They stack the meat and the vegetables are fresh. If your in the area go by and have a sandwich you won’t be disappointed.

My original rating was four stars but now that the new owner took over they changed some things to cough up more fees and that’s always a downer. I always order the tuna sandwich which is amazing but I exchange the yellow cheese for swiss and the lettuce for sprouts and thousands islands on the side. That used to never inccure any additional fees. Thought that was cool. It’s been three weeks since I’ve been here and now they charged me for every single thing I meantioned above. Smh. This is now just any regular sandwich joint with nothing special about it anymore.

My go-to for sandwiches. Their squaw bread and sprouts compliment any sandwich filling… I recommend bacon and avocado. Efficient service. Good for lunch.

Hero Sandwich was great. Quick, clean, reasonably priced, solid portions & friendly staff. Then only knock would be the bread seemed a little cheap/soft – not a deal breaker by any means.

Not bad at all. Place is kind of hidden with all the offices but can’t really be miss. Sandwich was good and fresh. The soup was really good and I might just come back for soup only. Price wasn’t bad and service was fast. Just wish the portion and environment was a little better

Great sandwich I will be there again. Fresh, size, and good price. I tried the Manhattan with wheat bread. I will try turkey or pastrami next time.

I started working at an industrial location nearby C & A about 7 months ago and before I even got here, our company has been ordering sandwiches from here. They deliver free of charge over a certain amount(not sure how much exactly), but the guy over the phone is always sooo nice even at 8−9am in the morning and always so energetic. Delivery time is good as well, usually about 30 min(we usually order 6 – 8 variations. Food: It is probably one of the freshest sandwiches I’ve ever had. What I love most is that you can customize your sandwich however you like. Another plus for me is that they are very generous with the meat, veggies, everything. You can ask for extra salsa, jalepenos, pickles or that kinda stuff on the side and they’re really nice about it. We will probably keep coming to this place. They’re always consistent, never had a bad experience(except for when a co-worker ate my sandwich) ;) Next to try on my list: chicken teriyaki plate: P OH! I forgot to mention, prices are awesome! I always get a half sandwich, half salad/soup/fruit salad combo, no more than 8 – 9 $! tip: fruit salad is so good & portions are huge!

This is a really nice sandwich shop. To be honest, I didn’t even know this place existed. I pass by this place all the time. I told my wife, I have never seen a sandwich shop in that area. It’s in a business plaza and the signs are all uniform. Nothing distinguishing this small shop from the other businesses We came because we were looking for some grilled cheese sandwich for our son and my wife found it on her search. i’m glad we did find it. I got one of their lunch special, ½ Cold Sandwich and Soup. I went with a Genoa Salami sandwich on Sourdough bread and their Chicken Noodle Soup(they had 3 soups to choose from, which was great). The sandwich was very good. Fresh tasting Genoa salami. Yum! The soup was just okay. My wife went with the Trilogy. Turkey, Bacon and Avocado on Squaw bread. OMG, that was just so good. The turkey was tender, the bacon was crisp and the avocado just gave it the creaminess that made this sandwich a hit with both of us. The Grilled Cheese. Even though it was on the breakfast menu, they made it anyways. I love that(They got an extra star for that). My son loved it. Papa loved it too. A perfectly executed grilled cheese sandwich. Crusty outside and gooey cheese inside. I’m not sure if the bathroom was available to customers(because it was inside the kitchen), but my son had to go(#1) and they were nice enough to have us use their restroom. It was CLEAN. Yes! Service was excellent. Helpful, friendly and very understanding to the needs of parents. Price is very reasonable and comparable to other sandwich shop in the area. This is a small family business. I really like supporting places like this, specially when the service is super friendly and they have the food quality & taste to match. Come try this place out for yourself and decide.

C&A Sandwich makes eating healthy, cheap, and efficiently a cinch. All their Healthy and Special Sandwich Choices are $ 5.95 for regular and $ 7.75 for large.(+2 if you want chips and a drink.) You’d think that because the width of a regular sandwich is the size of a regular slice of bread, you would be hungry after finishing the whole thing, but its height of 1.5 inches is packed full of quality ingredients guaranteed to satisfy. If you’re worried it won’t, the large size’s width is a regular + half a sandwich. For me, half of their Vegetarian Sandwich(egg, avocado, sprouts, tomato, cucumber) on Sqauw Bread + half of a fruit from home got me full for hours. I like how they saranwrap the sandwich then cut it so it stays fresh when you choose to eat it later. If anything, I recommend coming here for the Vegetarian Sandwich alone. Healthy and delicious. Worth every penny. Tip: The store is situated inside an old business plaza with very limited parking. Eat later and avoid lunch rush. Came 30 minutes before they closed at 4 and there was no one there.
