This place is just a hole in the wall but great food and affordable. Best part is I can walk to it! I enjoy the patty melts and burgers. Not many tables so better to get the food to go.

Come for BURGERS!!! Burgers are great, my favorite would be the pastrami burger. They recently remodeled and looks great, the only thing is that he tends to over salt the fries.(Ask for light salt) other than that its great! Ive tried their burrito, not as good as a typical Mexican restaurant.

WORST! Place ever will NEVERGOBACK! Tried bacon avocado cheeseburger, the patty was cold, dripping in water down mayo. The fries where re-cooked soaked in oil and served on my plate like that. My husband had there teriyaki beef bowl or should I say rice bowl since there where nothing but specks of meat. Oh yeah and Mr Lee guy if thats his name your rude and very unfriendly. Feel sick to my stomach! best advise if the place looks like a dump most likely the food can’t be any better! Worst experience ever!

After having tried it with a couple of friends(due to Unilocal reviews) I have come to the conclusion that Buena Park doesn’t have very many hood-burger spots… This is very Tams, toms, Toms jr, Louis burgers-ish. Wasn’t bad but the tables were dirty and they were pricey for a frozen meat and fry joint. P. S. to the owners, if your customer asks for a rag to clean the table GETYOURASSOUTANDCLEANIT!!!(Yeah they gave me a dirty wet rag to wipe it down)

Don’t judge a book by its cover is a good way to put it. The hamburger was really good but does the place really need to look so broken down? Definitely needs a cosmetic overhaul but even in its condition it has a lot if traffic.

It’s an OK place to go. The burger is average, I’ll give it that it’s the better burger in the area, but it’s competition are big chain burger places like Carl’s and McD’s. I’ll take a mom and pop burger joint over them anytime, however, I have been to better hole in the wall places and this burger was just ok. I’m giving it two stars because instead of coming out and cleaning the table where we were sitting, the lady behind the counter handed us a wet towel so we could do it.

The best Beef Teriyaki – simply outstanding! The Beef Teriyaki Plate, $ 5.85, is served with rice, fries, salad, and bread; generous proportion that’s easily north of one-pound. As mentioned by others, Lee’s Burgers is a small run-down looking hole in the wall. However, the couple that works there has always been warm and welcoming. Their burgers are good, but that Beef Teriyaki is addicting.

Complete hole-in-the-wall that looks totally run down. Easy to pass up, easy to miss, and completely forgettable from the outside, which is a shame because the food is anything but forgettable. Super tasty burgers.

The sign on this burger hut just reads«Burgers» and nothing else. This shanty looks a bit run down and the parking is kind of cramped. But once you eat their reasonably priced and delicious tasting burgers, this will all be put aside. For a mere $ 4.99, you will be served a very tasty combo. Their burgers are as fresh and well-made as can be. The fries are steaming hot and deliciously salted. They have a variety menu that also features everything from grilled cheese sandwiches to chow mein. As for me, it’s the burgers that keep me coming here. Run by an Asian husband and wife, their service is courteous and prompt. Lee’s will always be for me!

It is so easy to pass up Lee’s but I’m so glad we stopped by. It has a big sign that says«Burgers» and for the longest, my fiancé and I thought it was closed, but were so happy to see it was open. It’s owned by an Asian couple; I’m guessing Lee is the husband. They’re both really nice, but Lee is the nicest. He does EVERYTHING! The cooking, the cleaning, the orders, etc. There’s a walk up or you can walk in. You can sit inside, which is an interesting experience, as there are several refrigerators like there is in liquor stores, full of soft drinks, including your favorite juices like Sunny D, Caprison, and Kool-Aid. My absolutely favorite thing to get is the bacon cheeseburger. OMG. It’s SODELICIOUS. If you’re ever in the area, maybe shopping for cars and worked up a hunger, stop by Lee’s.

This is a small hole in the wall burger stand. It is owned and operated by an Asian family. They make your burgers to order. If you drove by it you probably would not notice it on the corner, it’s next to a auto shop. The burgers are good, and very good price. If your a fan of the mom and pop hamburger stand then go here. I have taken a couple of coworkers and they became fans.
