I completely LOVE this company! Shelley has taken care of my place for 16years and has solved difficult problems with remodels, tenants, etc. Unbelievably reliable and competent. I never would’ve been able to manage this property from out of state if it hadn’t been for Shelley! This is the rock star of all property management companies!

I have only written a few Unilocal reviews over the years. One for terrible service at a restaurant I will not name and a couple for great business service. The great business service is the case with the Daniels Companies. They, and specifically Shelley, have managed a condo for me for the past 20 years with flawless service. Seriously I have never had a complaint. This is not because I am an owner who does not care what happens either. I have visited the property, engaged in decisions about repairs, even discussed with Shelley the option for my daughter to use the property while going to school in the area in which case Shelley was quite helpfull. It is without hesitations that I highly recommend consideration of Daniels Companies services if you are in need of what they offer.
