Went there to see if I could get my beloved sweater fixed that my dog snacked on. Got there at about 1:25, there was a sign on the door that said they’d be back at 1:30, out for lunch. No problem. Hung out outside for awhile, played with my phone. pretended to Foursquare the Maserati dealership… …few minutes past 1:30. No problem, I rarely come back from lunch exactly on time. In fact, I was on my lunch hour the day I went here. Maybe I’ll go across the street to Vons and scout out some chow. 1:50…ah, forget this story. Waiting there until a few minutes after 2:00 and no one showed up. Maybe something came up, but still fairly put off by the experience. Took my sweater to the cleaners around the corner, maybe they’ll do a good job. I hope. I love that sweater. Funny. I was late coming back from lunch because of it. Maybe she was waiting for her weaver to show up too.

I have been coming to this business for a decade. LOVE it! I am addicted to cashmere and buy inexpensive(used) sweaters whenever I find a good one. Sometimes they are inexpensive not only because they are used, but also because they need minor repairs. This place ROCKS. The owner, Connie, is very sweet. More importantly she does phenomenal work and her turnaround time is reasonable as well. My vintage sweaters look brand new and flawless after she gets her hands on them. I recommend her whenever I can. Do not hesitate to trust her with your knitwear. You will be amazed.

Ive had a hole in a cashmere sweater I’ve had and she fixed it up like its new, she’s also the CUTEST woman ever as well! It’s past a breakfast place and a salon and it’s hard to find but let me tell you… She does a great job!
