Disorders of the Foot and Ankle

Only go here if you want to be treated disrespectfully and spend hours on the phone trying to fix duplicate charges. Their billing department doesn’t return calls. I have 2 unreturned calls and many other calls in which the person was unable to retrieve information. The last non-​returned call was 21 days ago.
They sold me an ankle brace that was not covered by my insurance for which I paid $ 485 out of pocket over the phone. Then they called me a couple of months later and said the charge had not gone through and they were going to charge me again. Later when I checked my statements, I realized that they had charge me twice. I have been unable to get this resolved even with hours on the phone with them and my credit card company.
BTW the doctor is knowledgeable, but she didn’t even examine my foot aside from a glance and reading the notes her assistant made after talking with me. Another doctor thought that she missed a tendon tear on my MRI, so I’m not sure I would recommend her even without all the billing problems.

Great doctor. Knew what they were doing. Explained what was wrong with my foot and how to take care of my bunion.
I had a great surgery and am so glad I got my bunion fixed here.
