I must say this location has changed for the better! The new manager Kristie Is such a sweetheart. She is super friendly and provides great customer service. The food comes out in a timely manner hot and fresh. The house chicken is one of my favorites. But I’m really here to give a shout out to the crew here. They get the job done!

The quality of their food has declined. I used to come here for the awesome house special chicken and cream cheese wantons. You would think that you can’t mess that up, but on my last visit here the food didn’t taste fresh. I don’t think I will be back unless I hear that they have a new kitchen staff.

Fast food Asian that isn’t fast. The tastes are somewhat salty and the noodles sweet. There’s a family meal that comes with 2 chicken dishes, 2 appetizers, a noodle or fried rice and a steamed rice for about $ 25.00. It serves 4. My kids like it, but think of it as the McDonald’s of Chinese. It’ll satisfy your craving, but you wouldn’t want to eat it everyday…

Came in and Alexis and Kristin helped me. So friendly and cool. It was late at night and they were ready to close so it was fairly empty, which was good because I didn’t wait long at all for my food to be prepared fresh. Everything was good, tasted fine, but service was great. These two girls are awesome!

Decided to update my review. This place is alright for me, but I have noticed that the food quality has deteriorated. It’s over salted, sometimes the containers are only half filled or they give little sauce with the chicken dishes. Customer service is okay. The people who work there are nice, but even if you phone or order online your food is never on time.
Annoying, right?
But that is okay because I don’t expect much from Pick Up Stix except good house chicken. This isn’t a five star restaurant… it’s fast food trying to disguise itself as not fast food.
Only it fools no one.

Used to eat at Pick Up Stix a few times a month but with other, healthier choices, I love been skipping this place. I tire it recently and it will be a while until I return, if at all.
Glad to see new items (at least new for me) on the menu such as wild salmon, organic salad, thai coconut curry (not all that in my opinion — save this one for a Thai restaurant), thai sweet chili chicken, etc.
Clean. Music too loud. Overpriced for what you get. Quantity of lunch portion in relation to the price is skimpy.

I love the food here, BUT without fail they always forget to give us part of our order, or they mess up the order. They even forget or mess up the order when we eat in store.
Great food, just make sure to always double, even triple check to make sure you get all your food.

Its my first time to visit here…
I had a time before watch a movie so me n my husband wanted to eat something.
Omg!!! Shrimp Kung pao is tooooooooo much salty.
Wat kind of food is this???
The fried rice was too salty as well.
How they cook food like this???
It takes 30min to get my order even if there was only 2 customers include us.
Honestly i wanted to refund it but my hubby didn’t like ant complain to them…
Don’t order the shrimp kung pao!!!
Im sure that you waste ur money!
You knw? Its $ 13. Is it worth to eat as salt ???
Never come back again.
I really want to talk with manager or chef…
You guys need to learn how to cook for customers.

If you are looking for healthy Asian food this is a very good restaurant. I have a gluten allergy and had a number of options to choose from and had no reaction. I will definitely be going back. The staff was very friendly.

Food was filled with sodium. Ordered the Kung pao beef, it had more zucchini then beef. Why didn’t they just call it Kung pao zucchini? Right?!!
Everything was too salty for my taste had to wash it down with their sweet very sweet tea! Not coming here anymore.

We do a phone order from them at least 3 times a month for take out. This Has to be the worst time the order was messed up big time. Even the rice was only filled half way. It was very disappointing. I don’t think we will be ordering form them again

I highly recommend the firecracker chicken and wontons… this by far is the best stix around… the cooks know what they’re doing… the staff here is awesome, very friendly!!!

I usually love Pick up Stix buy I’ve noticed lately the rice is being undercooked and hard. I poured some out of my container into the dish and once I had my first bite I immediately informed them about the rice. So they cook an new batch for me and put it right on top of the rice that was already in the container. Wow! I don’t like the service.

Always great customer service at this location and food is always yummy. Jessica was super helpful and a great asset to your team.
Not sure of the managers name, a blond woman who has helped me on most of my visits is also very friendly and it shows with her staff.

Downgrade time! If this place was pricey before, now with yet their latest price hike, the cost is not reasonable. A regular priced entrée + a regular soft drink + tax = $ 11!!! For a fast food lunch, in my opinion, that is just too much!!!
Only way I go back now is if they run some type of promotion or send out an attractive coupon to bring the cost back down to earth!!!

Very fresh but too much almost raw onion in my house special chow main. Steve ordered his favorite, house special beef and to quote him «it was what I ordered». In other words consistent quality with no surprises. Overall we enjoyed the meal and will be back. Oh and I almost forgot. Do yourself a favor and get the cream cheese wontons. You won’t be sorry. Do wish there was an appetizer sampler with egg rolls, cheese cheese wontons and edamame because I would like some of all those things but not enough to buy a full order of all of them.

I ordered the house tofu + brown rice and veggie spring rolls on the side. The tofu was fantastic. Tasted fresh and cooked quite nicely. The delicious, crispy outside paired with the softer, tender inside was a yummy treat for the taste buds.
However, the spring rolls were a bit lackluster. Both the sauce and rolls were a bit bland. They get a meh from me, which is disappointing because I thoroughly enjoyed my main course.
Also, I do want to note the service gets 5 stars from me. Very attentive workers who were quick to offer any assistance and fulfill customer requests. After my meal, they dropped by my table and offered us chocolate-dipped fortune cookies. Such a nice gesture and a satisfying conclusion to a yummy dinner.

I guess it has been just over 7 years since I wrote my first review here, thought I would write an update.
First, I can really go both ways now House Beef or Chicken, although I tend to get the chicken more often.
I have tried just about everything on the menu and and it comes down to House and Tsao’s as my favourite menu items. Which are of course the highest calorie count.
When I tried the tofu, it was good at first, but quickly wore off and became just edible. That is just me, I think that was the most tofu I have eaten in a sitting, usually I only have a small amount.
