One Way Burger

Out of business. Been closed since last week. They could have given me extra fried the last night they were open.

Good food, terrible drive thru service. Lady is extremely rude and pushy over the speaker. Only giving 2 stars cause I’m feeling spiritual.

I have been coming here for 4 yrs and I will NEVER eat here again!!! So disappointed in the service I just received. Went thru the drive thru ordered a double turkey burger with cheese n ketchup only and asked them to make it into a meal with large hi-​c fruit punch when we got to the window the employee repeated the order back to us. After waiting 5 – 10 min in the drive thru as we were leaving my husband says they messed up his food put everything on his burger so i pulled in got out and went inside. They seemed very busy as they had a long table with about 20 ppl which they seemed to all already be eating and three men in front of me. When I approached the cashier I explained they made the burger wrong and was to have ketchup n cheese only. She went to owner and he told me he would fix it right away then the gentleman who was working the window came over said to owner was his fault be didn’t write it down correct. The cashier turns to me and says u need to pay $ 1.00 more when i advised i should not have to pay for their mistake as my cash was in the car the owner turned and stared At me as if he would not fix the mistake unless I paid the $ 1.00. I waited to see if the owner would step in and say something since he knows me and our whole family and knows we go in there ALL the time. Nope he waited for me to say I will go get the dollar. I came back with the money and the young man said its .50c for a slice and they need the $ 1.00 I advised I will NEVER come back as this is unacceptable. They made the mistake they should fix it. The korean owner just looked and walked away while I argued with the young man and told him was ridiculous they are losing a customer over $ 1.00 mistake that they made!!! They don’t even deserve a star!

5 stars on their fried zucchini and onion rings alone. I give the burgers and sandwiches 2.5 stars :/
But seriously… Fried Zucchini… Food Heroine…

Love this place ! So good amazing portions given especially when you tip them lol. Staff is also super friendly and the food is amazing the fries are always so crispy yum ! The resturant itself is not the nicest but always clean.

TNS has nothing on this place lol only thing that stopped me for putting 5 stars was one of the people that work there she’s a Mexican girl, skinny, has a piercing on her face I believe it’s the lip, drawn on eyebrows. She is the rudest! Always rolling her eyes and giving attitude. everytime she there she charges 50 cents for ranch I’ve never been charged for ranch any other time of all the years have gone by anyone except for her. Went there one night 25 minutes before they closed. When i went inside she siad «we are closing, sorry» i said theres still time
She got really annoyed and said «ok if you give me $ 5 ill let you order»
She was serious!!! I was so pissed asked for the manager she said «im the manager» and «no one else is here, sorry»
I called her a bitch and left.
I still come here because its the best in town but whenever i see that she working i walk out or just drive by in the drive thru. Theres another girl that works here I always forget her name, shes a little older and she’s been working there for years she is so nice so sweet I always love when she’s there

Okay place.
Okay prices, okay service, okay food.
Nothing to write home about either way, good or bad.

Burgers are really good. Family 4 pack s only $ 17.99 n they give LOTS of fries. (Cheese xtra $) We’ve been coming here for 2 yrs & owners are really kool nice people. Clean place.

Every so often I hit this place up for the bacon cheeseburger or the chicken teriyaki plate. I love the food but agree with some of the reviews that talk about the outrageous add on pricing. Before you add cheese, avocado, or any special request you should ask what the charge will be. I stopped getting avocado on my burgers because I could buy 2 whole avocados for the price they charge.

I only tried the burger… not their Mexican food nor their sandwiches nor their teriyaki bowls because this place is called One Way Burger.
The burger was pretty good with a decent price for it’s size.
The only reason I’m not giving more stars is that the ratio of price per taste/​size of the burger is not as good as that of The Hat, In-​N-​Out, The Habit. Plus, you have to pay extra for extra Ranch.

Juicy full burger, lots of juice and cheese left on the little wrapper. Meat wasn’t too thick but it was flavorful. I love 1000 Island on my cheeseburger, so that’s always a plus, ditto for shredded lettuce.
I had a few fries, nice thick fries. And TONS of them.
Decent prices, super friendly workers, lots of variety on the menu.

Awesome breakfast burritos!!! We like how the bacon is cut up throughout the egg. Ask for the salsa on the inside and more on the side. We’ll definitely be back!
