Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ok so I USUALLY love chipotle so this review is very uncommon. But this experience made me so sad and disgusted that I need to share it. The food tasted alright and the quality of ingredients were alright. HOWEVER, the employee was wiping the glass above the food with his bare hands that were pretty hairy (no offense)… I felt gross but I was like ok whatever because I didn’t choose the salsa that was directly below the part of the glass that he was wiping. It’s just not sanitary when you don’t use gloves to hover around food. The workers were talking amongst themselves and looked as if they didn’t care about my food. She put so little meat and guac that it made me a bit annoyed. The beans way overpowered the rest of the ingredients inside the steak/​chicken bowl that I was getting. The only reason why this review is a two star instead of one star is because I usually like chipotle and this is the first time experiencing this! I hope they fix it here because I used to go ALL the time but not anymore!

The purpose of this review is to express how disgusted I am with this specific Chipotle.
I went to this specific Chipotle on Friday, 2÷26÷2016 at approximately 4:30 PM. As I was waiting in line, There was a local police officer in front of me ordering food. The police officer purchased his food and left.
As I was paying for my food, I heard 2 Chipotle employees making disrespectful/​derogatory statements directed toward the police officer. I am disgusted and angered that not only these individuals have no respect for law enforcement officers. I can’t believe that Chipotle employees do not have the decency to show respect to all customers, including law enforcement officers.
Because of their unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect, I will not be returning to this chipotle.

Every other time I go to Chipotle, their containers are running low. As they change out the metal container, the water from the bottom of the pan drips all over the counter and FOOD.
I had to tell them on one occasion to make another salad bowl for me because of this. I am not surprised that people are getting sick around the country with this kind of unsanitary practice. I am no scientist, but I would think that the warm water that keeps the food warm has bacteria. So disgusting !

Worst service ever portions are so small. Never had such a bad experience at chipotle before

The food was okay, but they hardly served me any of anything. Most chipotles are very fair about portioning.

Went in here after a long day at work and the place was empty. 1 – 28 Figured it would be quick to get a burrito. A few employees stood around the back talking before I was helped. Asked the lady for the hot sauce on the side and she dumped it in the burrito and then at the end gave me the info that they’re out of lettuce for the night. Isn’t that something you should let the customer before serving them? To top it off, they didn’t even put the side of hot sauce I asked for in the bag only to find out after opening the bag when I got home. Chipotle lost another customer today.

I love this Chipotle. I feel like the the employees are extra friendly and I like how they all welcome you when you walk in. Also the past few times I’ve been here I feel like I’ve gotten extra big portions which is amazing. I also love the cute outdoor seating. Fresh and yummy food, this is my go-​to Chipotle!

Had chipotle last night ordered two bowls with guacamole on the side paid 18 $ (dumb of me to actually pay that much for chicken and veggies) but I was starving. Anyway went home and realized my chicken was hard and burnt. I had to pile the tobacco on because it had no flavor. Definitely won’t be back.

Giving 1 stars because of the portion size. I think it’s funny how I see workers get their own food and have it piled on till kingdom come yet anyone else gets the skimpiest portions. Avoid if possible go to ANY other chipotle!

This is the fourth time I’ve been to this chipotle and have got nothing but burnt chicken. I thought I would give it another go because I love chipotle. Nope burnt ass chicken. Their customer service is TERRIBLE.
I was waiting 5 mins to have someone ring me up. I will NEVER go back to this chipotle ever again. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too.

Just had a horrible experience. I ordered two burrito Bowls, one with Brown Rice and Chicken the other with White Rice and Steak, the 1^st employee in line that asks what you want mixed them up, I politely said Im sorry its the other way around, he then rolled his eyes at me and said «no you said White rice chicken» (For a fact I know I didnt) I then said sorry for the mix up man, he looks at me and says «Yep» and proceeds.

I’ve had pretty good experiences with Chipotle usually, but today was not super great. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was much smaller then it normally is, which is frustrating because it is a little pricey.
Parking can be hard to find, especially when it’s a busier time of the day. They do have outdoor seating which is nice.

This used to be the fast food restaurant that I frequented the most a few years ago. My discovery of local Mexican restaurants led me to exit Chipotle. I only get their tacos when the Mrs. feels like eating from here, which is frequently as she prefers Chipotle to local Mexican joints.
Pros:
Hot sauce is good.
You can load up your burrito or tacos with as many toppings as possible to make a monster meal (+1)
Cons:
Very slow moving line. (–1)
They keep increasing their prices regularly. One of the very few chain fast food restaurants that I know that does this? (–1)

I give 4.5 stars.
Was hesitant to come to the recent reviews. But gave it a shot.
Came at 450pm.
Great portions!
Male server gave scoop of rice. I asked for another scoop. The rice was low and he scraped out the rest and threw it in the trash and gave me a scoop of the new rice just cooked!
Giant scoop of chicken. He definitely tried to grab alot with just one scoop.
This is how you order for alot:
Get a bowl
Get extra scoops of everything that’s free (rice, fajitas, beans, corn, lettuce).
*Ask for a free tortilla on the side.
*get a to-​go lid and close. Shake and compact food. Then eat flipped upside down so rice is on top. It’s easier to eat.
Or with free tortilla can wrap rest of inside and eat burrito as well.
**the tortilla was little dry though.
I’ll come here again. Great service and portions.

Well I’m a regular here, and this place has gone downhill. Lately it’s been rookie night. Seems like it’s everybody’s first night working, day after day. It’s almost a guarantee that they will be out of something, veggies, chicken, beef, something.
The line is typically very long because it seems like the employees are completely lost. I’m not sure if the management has changed recently, but whatever change happened was not for the good.
If you begin to experience these same problematic issues, the best use for the Chipotle app will be to find the next nearest location.
C’mon Chipotle, you’re better than that!

This place blows worse than a $ 2 hooker. (Not saying I have ever had that experience, just what I would imagine). This location literally has the slowest people working here. The food is cold, people look confuse, employees are having long conversations about shirt sizes and, «where did you buy that?» Really? I could see this if the line was short, but cmon!
I like chipotle, I actually donate my earnings to their establishment quite a bit. I feel like I practically own some of their stock, since I eat at one so much. So I can honestly say that I have earned the right to say this $hit. Anyhow, if you feel like killing some time, this is the place for you. At least you can catch up on some outdated or missed text messages. :) Bön appetite!

Had dinner at this Chipotle yesterday in the late afternoon. I ordered an steak burrito. The food does look pretty good… But small problem, when I took a bite of that burrito, I’ve noticed it has lack of flavor. I’ve never had anything that’s so flavorless for an longtime. That was a joke.
Service: It was pretty fast and the employees were friendly.
Food: Whoever is cooking the food need to work on flavoring the food.
Will I come back to this Chipotle? The only thing good there is the customer service, but that’s not enough for me to come back.
