Broasted Chicken-Chicken Box

In town visiting from Colorado & had to get my chicken fix. My wife got a fish meal & I got chicken. I think they’re under new ownership, but the food is still as good as I remember.

Good fresh chicken. Monday special is great. Nice people work there. Suggest you pick up a menu and call in order. Shrimp, real good. It’s family ran I believe, so wait can be long if you just walk in. No place to comfortably eat, so I’d take out.

This is my first time there it is a small little place but chicken was so good and it greasy. It was fresh broasted made to order. Definitely will be coming back here!

Monday special is the best! ITS best if you call your order in advance, but go there for the taste not just the deals. Better than kfc!

This place is a great place for your chicken cravings! They also have BBQ Brisket and Ribs too if you want a little more variety! First off, when you walk in, you immediately notice all of the chicken themed home ornaments! They have chicken napkin holders, chicken plates, chicken carving chairs… very eclectic but very fitting. Now, the chicken… they make it to order most of the time so prepare to wait slightly… not too long as the longest I’ve waited was 11 minutes or so… during lunch and dinner, I have waited less due to their lunch planning I suppose… the chicken is yummy with it being juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Very good flavoring and it makes you want to go in for another bite even before you swallow your first bite or even run the risk of burning the roof of the mouth!
The chicken is not as greasy as you expect so that is an added plus! The place is somewhat small so be prepared to eat in a confined space. I normally like eating in my car so no one can see me stuff my face!
Bring plenty of wet naps to wipe away the yummy grease and remember to finish the meal then and there! I’ve had some leftovers but they weren’t as good as if you had it there! See you here!
