First and last time here. While Ela was amazing, the customer service gals at the front desk were snooty, classist witches.
I walked in with an appointment. I waited at the counter for 7 minutes before they acKnowledged me. Their attitude was awful. Then I sat and waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time before they told Ela I was there.
While in Ela’s care, it was perfect. She is fabulous at deep tissue and got all the kinks out. She is gentle but firm. And she does not try to make small talk for the sake of small talk.
But, again, at the front desk to leave, I had to wait until the girls finished their conversation before they took my payment. I did not feel comfortable with their attitude. I was Leary of putting my tip to Ela in their hands.
A quick word to Sean Patrick: teach your front line people how to be warm and friendly to everyone, not just one another or people who look and sound like them.

I went there for my first Brazilian just the other day. I was very nervous and had no idea what to expect considering there’s so many different opinions on what wax to use, where to go, and how painful it is. I called that day and they had appointments available for me. I believe her name was Jenna, she was amazing! She was so nice and never once did it get awkward. She explained everything to me and told me exactly which parts were gonna be the worst and which parts were easier. The wax they used was very nice, got a little too hot and some points but nothing terrible. I didn’t have any sort of abnormal reaction to it and it was defiantly not as bad as I thought it would be. There was not one point during it that I thought I needed to stop, it’s a pain that you forget. Jenna had great tips for how to maintain my area and keep it safe from ingrown hairs and abnormal reactions. I would recommend everyone see her! It’s a little pricy for me considering I don’t have a full time job but the first wax there is half priced! It’s definitely something I wanna keep doing and I will continue to go there for my waxes!

I am new to the area and was looking for a hair salon. Did some research since I’m very picky and thougjt would give Sean Patrick a try. I had a dermabration with Andrea who is wonderful and fun to talk to. Also very knowledgeable about the process. Then I had a hair appointment with Jessica Rose, I was skeptical but went for it. So happy I did, she did an amazing job and blow dried my hair beautifully which I don’t get many times with new hair dressers. I went back with a picture of a color I wanted to try and again, she nailed it. I love love love it! Staff is very professional, salon is very nice and beautifully maintained. Very accommodating.

5 stars for getting me in last minute for a massage with Ela. She did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage. I like the location of the salon & spa. This was my first time here, but the inside is very nice.
I have a consistent massage therapist I’ve been seeing over 2 years, but I would definitely recommend and consider coming back for future needs.

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years and really like it. I had a great haircut from Tess recently– very creative– got tons of compliments. I also had a no-​chip from Ela that last over 3 weeks! I was surprised because the price was the same as my usual walk-​in place near TJ Maxx. Andrea and Jeanna have done my brows and I love the shape and arch i finally have gotten. Comparing prices with other local salons I found them to be the same or even lower and they are always doing spa specials.

I did not find this place as pricey as some others did, maybe I had a new hairdresser? I got a haircut and a product for the same price that a haircut costs at my other salon. At first, I gave only two stars because I thought my haircut was so uneven (I actually did have to cut some off the sides myself at home), but I’m adding a star back because on the whole, it really wasn’t that bad and will grow out fine. Also, the staff there was very nice and friendly.

Want a massage? Ela or Eva I’m forgetting her name at the moment is amazing!!! She’s there on Thursdays and Saturdays a massage by her is a must! Works out the tension in my neck and doesn’t talk during the session. She is an asset to this salon!

I got an amazing hair cut from Jessica! loved it knew what I wanted and knew what looked good. Defiantly would recommend and go again! Prices are not to bad and if you sign up to get emails you get specials! Go! It is nice, fun, clean, and a feel good place!

The customer service at the front desk is horrible. Its like pulling teeth out of these girls to talk to you. You cannot run a business like that. I got a haircut and honestly i could of went to great clips, saved 30 bucks and got the same outcome. This place isnt worth it between the sucky customer service and the medicore services for high prices, ill go elsewhere.

I have been going to Dee for over four years now and I always love my hair when she done! I recently was looking for a change in my «do» and Dee recommended that I try to get bangs, and I must say, I have never recieved so many compliments about my haircut EVER! She is super friendly and is extremely talented. I would defintely recommend Sean Patricks and Dee to all of my friends!

I got my hair done by Dee and it is amazing!!! I love it more and more everyday! She really has great suggestions and always gives me the best hair advice! she does the keratin treatments too which are amazing :) She knows my hair the best and colors it amazingly. I even send my boyfriend there now and his haircuts have never looked better! Very reasonable prices so happy! Cant wait to go back!

I went in for highlights and walked out blown away from what a great job Tanya did. She is very nice and made sure to take the time to understand what look I was going for. I brought a picture in and she LITERALLY copied it to the tee.
I couldn’t be happier with how my hair looks. She was sweet and made sure I was satisfied with my hair. Make sure you ask for Tanya!!! You definitely won’t be disappointed.

I received a gift card to this salon from my boyfriend’s mom and decided to put it toward a pedicure. It’s kind of interesting, for a pedi at this place, you’re in your own small private room. It’s big enough for your spa foot tub and chair. It was all really nice and the young lady was very sweet. They use tons of frilly products which was nice but not necessarily important.
Also, I think it’s just my personality, but I do not prefer to be chit-​chatty when I am in a spa. I prefer to read magazines, so though my pedicurist was really friendly, I wished she’d just let me read.
The pedicure was a lot more expensive than what I’m used to, but it was nice for a treat. I will not go back again unless I have another gift card because I tend to be happy with regular pedi’s and prefer not to spend $ 50.
The young ladies at the front of the shop seemed a bit snobby but again I am probably just used to a different setting.

I’ve been going here for about 6 years. Jenny gives great cuts and colors. I started going there when I got an awful haircut and color and haven’t left since! Anna is great for up-​dos. They also have Kerastase products that I love. It’s a bit pricey, by the way my hair looks afterwards is well worth it. They also have other spa services, but haven’t tried them yet. Only problem is that they are soooo busy (especially on Saturday’s when I have my appointments). So sometimes my appointment is running 10 – 15 minutes behind. Other than that I have no complaints.

This place is pretty fabulous. I always like to get my hair cut differently to keep with the trends and decided to chop it off like victoria’s beckham’s hair. Dee does an absolutely amazing job at cutting hair. She knows what I like and isn’t afraid to try something new everytime I go.

I had Judy. She was sweet, quick, and efficient — everything I look for in a waxing person (hey, what is the appropriate job title for these lovely people?) The front desk girls were really nice.
This place loses one star because of their high prices.

All around great salon and spa. Pricey, but you’ll walk out feeling like a million bucks– hair wise.

I had my hair cut and styled here by Tess (haircut average, no help with trying new styles, washes are blah) since Oct 06. On 8÷3÷07 all salon employees (Sean Patrick too!!!) ignored me while I waited for Tess for 20 minutes. I was the only customer waiting (I saw 6 employees). Tess even came out to the front, made eye contact and didn’t say anything. When I got up to check after 20 min, they said «oh yeah, Tess is running late.» That’s the second time it happened to me here. About an hour after I left, I called and talked to Sean Patrick. They KNEW I would probably call!!! He apologized, but he didn’t help while I was there and they certainly didn’t take the initiative to call me and apologize. Are there ANY salons in the western suburbs with respectful customer service? This is supposed to be a beauty salon, right? They’re supposed to make you feel beautiful, not make you feel like crap.
