If we could give more Stars, we would! After 40 years in our Arcadia home and after interviewing numerous Agents, Bill was our perfect fit. He understood the current Market, the Neighborhood, and our Family needs & goals. Bill with Michelle, was with us every step with guidance & knowledge. Our wee Family consists of 3 birds, 2 cats, & a Springer Spaniel… he accommodated all the Family members, including a wonderful Birthday cake for our Granddaughter’s last Birthday Pool Party at the Family home. All his extra assistance was wonderful… IN & OUT lunch while moving, actually hefting items to our trailer, and making sure we had a place to stay when the Buyer jumped the gun and moved in early. So many extra courtesies to list… Absolutely Fantastic!!.

Beware home buyer/​seller! This agent has an integrity issue. He will not entertain reasonable offer unless he’s your buyer’s agent and he’s the listing agent. I submitted a $ 420k offer on property at 325 S Chapel which was asking for $ 429k. Offer was probably never presented to seller. Multiple calls, text and email were sent and no response over a week. Had to warn him about reporting him to board for foul practice and getting brokers involved to finally receive a call from Bill. He then called my agent to afford me the opportunity to be a backup buyer and stated that there’s an accepted offer and I was never afford the chance with a counter offer. So beware of such fraud activity!
