The Settlement

Just signed our 3^rd lease with the property. Great community! Management and front office staff are always helpful and have had really positive interactions with the maintenance staff and porters. Would definitely recommend.

This is our first apartment together and so far everything has been great. Apartments look brand new and are staffed with people that know what they’re doing. So far I love the commodities .
Pros:
Fitness room
Laundry
Spacious pool
Dog park
Place is located in the good side of Kyle.
Permanent police vehicle parked at property and police often come patrol area to ensure everyone is safe
Work orders get done same day
Cons:
200 $ non refundable pet deposit plus $ 200 more.
Rent goes up $ 10 Dollards when you have a pet.

An apartment so nice, we leased twice.
Clean grounds, and both times we moved (lived here for 2 years, went from a 1 br to a 2 br) in it was spotless. The pics on their site don’t lie, they really are this nice. And the price for both 1 and 2 bedrooms is a really good deal. Utilities are low and any other move in/​out charges are perfectly reasonable. They have a sweet weight room too.
The people working the desks are always so nice and helpful, and they’re really good at remembering names. No problems with neighbors and the only noise complaint I saw was quickly dealt with. Maintenance is good, we’ve only needed to call them a couple of times but they were always very quick to help us, and they fixed the problem the first time.
The only qualm I have is the pool pass thing, which they implemented pretty recently I think. You have to wear a little bracelet and you can’t have a whole lot of guests with you. Not that I’m trying to throw raves in the pool or anything, it just seems kind of silly. But I don’t know, maybe they’ve had a problem with some riffraff in the past
Long story short, awesome place to rent. It’s a bit of a commute to some places but it’s well worth it. You should live here.

You know what, I originally said 4 stars, but I’m changing this review to 5 stars. Seriously, this place was great I would feel bad giving them any less.

My wife and I lived here for the past year and we both loved it. It is definitely one of the nicest places in the area and especially very nice and spacious for the money. The management and staff was very friendly and the maintenance was very quick to respond and experienced and I never had to call them out more than once for a problem. They office also always called me the day after just to follow up with me to make sure that everything had been taken care of. Parking wasn’t too bad but I noticed a lot of people used their garages just for storage so that took up more parking spaces but it still wasn’t too bad. The only thing that was a problem is that they have a super nice resort style pool that we loved to swim and hang out at, but the bad part is that everyone else that lived in the area knew that our apartment had a nice pool so a lot of people tried to use it. Since then though the management has taken control better to where you have to provide a pool pass now just so that it is limited to residents only instead of the whole city of Kyle. Over all this was a great place to live and the only reason we moved is to get closer to work.
