This is a 55+ apt complex that my mom lives at. The Apts are basically brand new and my mother has a unit that is brand new. The 2⁄2 that she has is great. the apt overlooks the golf course (plum creek) and is also priced wonderfully. They do rent based upon your income and take all types of income verification.
The place is always quiet and the neighbors are nice. My mom lives inside the apt part, but they also have duplex type housing too. Those go a lot quicker and have a waiting list. The Apt she has. has Fuax wood flooring, shag carpet and the rooms are a good size. I would say if you know of anyone that fits the bill for living here. its great.
Also close to Target, HEB, and resturants.
