Just made a reservation and the customer service is ON POINT!!! I’ll update with food review!
Food was oh so disappointing. Nothing like what I had expected. And my «frozen» margarita had ZERO ice and was luke warm, like they had poured it into a glass straight out of the dishwasher.
Check out other Mexican food in the area. The service even sucked when we showed up. The manager is competent but her staff, not so much. Our server wasn’t even kind when we sat down. We seemed to inconvenience him???

I love the chicken mole at Fiesta Guadalajara and the family enjoyed their meals. The waitress was constantly getting drink refills. The only reason this is not a 5 review is we were the only people in the restaurant and it took at least 20 minutes to get our food. Seemed like a long time for nobody else being there. Give then a try if you have time.

I love this place! Good food and good prices. My family and I are regulars and never disappointed! Plus the customer service is amazing. ALL of the staff are very friendly and make sure we always leave happy… And we do!

After frequenting the other recommended Mexican restaurant in Kuna for years, the occasion came to where we didn’t feel like waiting in line for a table and drove the four blocks to Fiesta Guadalajara. Wow we were amazed and felt a little silly putting up with the crowds at the other place for all this time. The food is every bit as good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is far and away better than the famous Mexican restaurant down the street to the west. And now serving a lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday. UPDATE: The Sat. and Sun. buffets are very good and an excellent value. A wide variety of main staple Mexican dishes, fresh fruit and desserts.

Love love this restaurant! We are regulars and we are always treated like family when we visit. They know our order even! Great Food, Prices, and Service! Easy Parking! If you haven’t tried them… Goo and try them out!

I am a huge fan of Mexican cuisine. I stopped in here for a quick lunch while visiting some family and was glad I did.
Fast, very friendly service at a very reasonable price.
The only thing I will say is that their salsa was pretty hot! It’s fine with me, but some people may be happier with a little less spice.

Food was mediocre. Competitors down the road have tastier selections at comparible prices.
Service was quick and friendly, but they don’t have a full bar and in my opinion, mojitos and tequila are musts when eating mexican food.
