This place is über expensive and their billing practices are questionable. My Dr. said to get a dilation and exam for possible diabetes. The test was negative. The invoice was for $ 250.00! After insurance(they billed medical insurance and not optical insurance and now I know why). My part is over $ 175.00! Outrageous. This didn’t even include a eye exam for glasses! Plus I have a friend who is a former Optometrist. They said this bill was far and away outside the normal fee for this type of service. Update. I talked to the office manager about my shock and dismay at the billing I was presented. She did, to her credit, knock 10% off my final bill which came to $ 146.00 out of pocket. But still I feel the original $ 250 was high for the short exam and dilation I received. After I posted this review, I received three voice mails to call them. I did not. Damage done. Lesson learned.
