I am a very Loyal customer of Starbucks. This Starbucks on 512 E Alto Rd Kokomo, IN is very close to my house. Many people working in the store are very friendly and have got to know them over the years. 99% of the time I order the same drink. In the last 4 months I have had to change stores as the manager seems to think that I do not know the difference when my drink lacks Expresso. I now have to drive out of my way to the second Starbucks in Kokomo to get my drink correct. I cannot figure out why the difference in my favorite drink is like Night and Day between to two stores. I have addressed my concern, but still lacks the correct amount of expresso. I find this very odd and most upsetting.

All Starbucks are great but this one is better than most. The staff is super friendly and the store is nice and clean.
