I have learned that coming here after 9:30pm on the UT strip is a bad idea if you don’t have the time to wait. I waited for a long time because the drive-​thru was busier than the dine-​in. They only had one person taking care of the drive-​thru and the front. Everyone else was in the back preparing the food it sounded like. I have to give it the lady that she handled the pressure well.
I got large french fries and a strawberry tea since they didn’t have baked potatoes ready. The strawberry tea is actually very delicious and the fries were very hot and much better than the McDonald’s fries I got the night before.

Went here earlier tonight, cashier told me that a 6 piece nugget meal did not exist. Also took an abnormal amount of time to prepare my friend’s salad. The cashier was rude and inattentive. Love the food here, great quality for a reasonable price, but the customer service needs work!

It’s not busy and yet it seems like no one is paying attention. Four of us stood waiting for several minutes. Employees saw us but didn’t say anything to us. Thankful for the manager Jeremy for paying attention to us and taking our orders. He seems to be the only one working. Thanks Jeremy!

Horrible. Took 5 minutes to even TAKE my order. It wasnt even busy. Maybe 5 people inside and 2 other cars. Took 15 minutes before I had my whopping 3 dollars worth of food. Employees were not kind either. Unacceptable wait for what they call fast food.

For a college area food establishment, they are a very friendly staff. I enjoy the friendships there. Now when it is game time in Tennessee on home games, expect them to run out of food and supplies. That is a good thing because it shows they have good food and reliable service.
