Had a wonderful experience yesterday with an employee, Jonathan. Literally one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered at any store.

I had a problem with my phone that noone at my local corporate office had any idea how to fix and had no interest in finding out. I came to this store when was in town and spoke to a representative that said if I could bring the phone back she could help me, I should have got her name. The next time I was in town(2 – 3 days later) I came back to this store hoping to have my problem resolved. I was«greeted» at the door by a very bothered and immediately dismissive representative. My main problem was that I needed to transfer calendar/appointment information from an old phone to a replacement phone. This representative told me that the only way to do this was to physically«hand write my(2517 in one given 60 day span) appointments/events/tasks from one phone and then manually enter them into the other». After about two hours on the phone with Samsung TS, the problem fixed itself with an OTW update. Still, noone to this day can explain why but I doubt this representative had any idea, anyway. I will be returning to find the particular representatives name, so I can put a name to the face for Verizon and file a formal complaint.

Good store. So much better coverage than AT&T. My iPad has this and it’s so slow and drops info, I detest it. And now Verizon has IPhones. I have been with them since 1985 when they were something else. I would never go with anything else. This store is a company store too. Stay away from the franchises.
