I recently decided to stop at this new jewelry store to have the stones in my ring checked. Their advertisement stated they had a jeweler on site. I was told that my stones were so loose the sales person could ‘hear’ them. The jeweler as not there but I was told he would pick up my ring that evening and check it. The next day I received a call stating that two of the three stones were loose and that they could fix it for $ 240. I asked them to write up this repair estimate and that I would, pick up the ring and talk it to another jeweler for a second estimate. When I picked up the ring they did not have the estimate. I took the ring to my regular jeweler and asked them to check the stones (I did not tell them what Treasures told me). The ring was checked and I was told all stones were tight.
