TJ Maxx

As there probably are a ton of TJ Maxx reviews and since im a «maxxinists» by now i will mostly give a few tips.
First of all the early morning is the best time to shop during the holidays.
They have tevamped their toy section. The kids clothing has deindled considerably so reconsider for kids clothes. At the same time their toy selection is good and different from the other stores.
Consider their toiletries for presents. They have VERY high end soaps and lotions and candles so if you have a sibatite friend there you go. You can also find name brand candles. Like very uppity name brand! If you are looking for a gift for a foodie gcome to TJ Maxx. You’d be surprised by their tapenades and bonbons. Trust me on this.

They are pretty expensive on some things here.
I was also told this is ross’ sister store.
They are more expensive then Ross and I found the same shirt that Ross had.
I find this store cluttered and messy.
I do like the accent chairs, furniture accents and shoes they have in here.

This is not my favorite TJ Maxx, however it is the one closest to me. If you are willing to dig sometimes you can find things here. It also helps that 4 other good stores are around it (Ross, Home Goods, Marti & Liz Shoes, & Repeat Boutique)

Phone Cases (Example: you can get Kate Spade cases for $ 7, at a Kate Spade store they are over $ 50)
If you are in the area check it out. I’m sure you won’t come out empty handed. :)

I don’t know if it is just me but whenever I walk into this TJ Maxx, the store looks empty except for times before Christmas and such. They really need to improve their restocking periods.

I’ve been to ALOT of TJ Maxx, and this by far was the best! From the outside it doesn’t look to offer much, oh boy but it does. When I first walked in it was a bit messy, but it was Saturday and it was pretty busy so I guess it was to be expected.
The first thing to catch my eye was a gorgeous display of MK purses, I’m not a fan myself but I snapped a pic and sent it to my friend to see if she wanted one. Another stand out for me was the selection of premium brands, I’ve seen premium brand clothing here and there at different stores kind of buried with everything else, but this store had them sectioned off in their own little area, I’m not a brand whore but good for someone who is and the prices were very reasonable.
The last thing that stands out to me and what I feel makes this store crème dela crème was the shoe selection, first of all it had a pair of sandals I had been scouring the internet in search of for months, and there they were waiting on me at a discounted price nonetheless! Secondly I found a pair of Sam Edelman Lorissa’s may not mean much to you (or even me in a couple of years) but right now it means a lot, as far a clothes I’m not a brand whore… but when it comes to shoes, I’m the biggest one on the planet. Imagine my excitement when I saw the beauties on the shelf and there was excitement just ask the lady standing next to me who witnessed my vocal squealing and happy dance after happily paying for my purchases I made a mental note to visit this store again.

Ah, TJ, you were such a miss this trip. You kinda looked like a Ross, mainly because it looked like a bomb had exploded. It could have been that it was Easter Weekend and everyone was looking for an Easter Frock, but for your ca usual browser, I was not inspired.
However, I was very happy with shoes. Much love for that. I am going to have to reinvestigate you soon on Kingston Pike.
